My Thyroid and Cortisol Results

Can someone please help me interperate these results and tell me if they're normal or could be an issue relating to testosterone defficiency? I really don't know anything about thyroid levels.

I'm 22 y/o, 6' 1", 83kg, 13%bf, been on HRT (shots and hcg) for 6months.

TSH: 2.4 (0.40-4.00)
free T4: 16 (10-20)
free T3: 5.8 (2.8-6.8)

My cortisol was also high:
810 (190-610)

Any info much appreciated.

TSH might be too high IF you are having symptoms of hypothyroidism. T4 could be a little higher as well. I don't think I have to tell you that your cortisol is WAY too high. Try PS @300 mg/day. Are they causing your low T? I don't think to any great extent, no.

What's PS?

What improvements am I likely to see in lowering my cortisol?

Thanks for the response.

Your thyroid function is just fine.

You would not begin treatment for elevated cortisol based upon a single draw. Someone cutting you off in traffic on the way in will elevate it that much.

Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine (PS)
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that is a structural component of the biological membranes in animals and plants. In studies, supplemental PS has been shown to improve mood and blunt the release of cortisol in response to physical stress (Monteleone et al. 1990; Kelly 1999; Benton et al. 2001
