My trainer told me to do a Deca only cycle?

man i don't post anything since 2016.
So my last cycle was 6 years ago at the age of 25 ( i started at 16), i took some advice from you guys and did only test for my fisrt time and test + deca for the second and last one (made some great gains hp+10 at 9%bf). Now at 31 years old, stable job etc i want to try again and asked my coach. I told him i felt more safe doing a testo only after all these years and he told me that it's better to go for a deca only cycle (joint support, less negative feeds). I must say i'm not 100% sure i want to do a deca only cycle to be honest, also because i should pin 4 times a week for the first month? the fuck.
I did blood a couple of days ago and this are the results:

testo 1000 ng/dl
free testo 24 ng/dl
e2 30 pg/ml
hdl 51 mg/dl
ldl 144 mg/dl

Here it is what he wants me to do:

Deca phenyl (100) 3x week monday, wednes and friday for 1 month
Nandro (250) 1 ml a week sunday for fist month

after first month drop deca phenyl and do only nandro 2 ml x week till the 12 week.

Do bloods after 1 month to check E2.

What do you guys think?
Before asking him i was thinking something like 500 test a week and pin two times, maybe some hgc once a week.
 
Deca does not meaningfully convert to estrogen enough to provide the support needed for a healthy cycle. It can be useful in very specific situations. Doubt this is one.

just like as i tought, the thing is this guy coaches multiple pro athletes and seems knowledgeable so i was almost convinced.
 
I don’t understand why so many people think they need someone to tell them how to gain muscle. Open a book and do some research, lift heavy and eat big. It’s not that complicated.

Noooooo that is something you do only if you have severe side effects from testosterone and you are very experienced with gear and know when to quit or manage those side effects. I fucked up and did npp only by accident because i mixed up some vials....it was really bad. My mental health went in the shitter immediately. Im guessing because I didnt have any estrogen. It feels similar to when I ran nolvadex...short temper and lots of anxiety. The best practice is 2:1 ratio test to nandrolone respectively. Im doing 1400 test and 700npp right and its great. Nandrolone causes your body to create more aromatase which means you convert more test into estrogen but if you dont have any test you tank your test and estrogen. Side effects that are e2 related come from a imbalance from your androgen to estrogen ratio. Thus the 2:1

What’s your pin schedule/oil amount on that cycle? I’m in a similar cycle right now, 1225mg test, 700npp and honestly I’m getting tired of pinning so much oil lol

Also what’s your AI use on 1400?
 
Perhaps if he gave you Andractim or testosterone gel to support basal sexual function (i.e., 5α-DHT), at these doses, you'd be OK (in terms of aromatization, you'd see some IGF-I increase [this occurs even when E2 is low because it is the in situ process that augments IGF-I and not E2] and be able to squeak by with just barely enough E2 to support bone metabolism and such).

Otherwise, I suppose he's just one of the many dipshits that thinks it's normal to need Cialis/Viagra on cycle.

Its really strange I havent had to use one since I quit drinking! The 2:1 ratio seems to work fine for me. That puts me at a good ratio. I pin 2ml ed and it kinda sucks.

I'm mostly scared of negative sides and how to handle those alone, but i guess i'll search for another coach or begin by myself since it's just a beginner cycle (don't think with some base shit i'll get really bad sides right?).

One thing I have noticed by being new/reading is that it seems like its as simple as running AAS, eating, and training hard. feels like any idiot can be a "coach".

I try to stick to more of the science of compounds which I enjoy learning, this forum can be a great resource on how everything comes together.

I have a friend who is a 250 lb beast. I AM THE ONE telling him what compounds to run, labs to get, sides to report etc. I look like some guy just starting steroids or a big natural dude.

But my friend has some great genetics, training habits, and eats well. He loves the gym. Whether on blast or cruising. He loves training.
