Have you ever supplemented with tribulus terrestris?
If so, please list all testosterone levels in relation to taking this supplement.
I have taken tribulus terrestris before, I hated it though because it started to cause gyno. This was actually a little while ago, no blood tests for it. I didn't really feel much from it. I only felt something from tongkat ali, it had me with more energy/staying up later/a little better sex drive but no were near better. Now that got me from 253 to 404. I am sure it helped.
In my opinion you should just really mess with your vitamins and start taking them/vitamin d especially. I now take all of my stuff separately at different times of the day, so they do not counter or interfere with each-other and it works a lot better. But certain things help certain things so research up on different things, I have found lef.org to be extremly helpful with learning about all of this.
Gyno = high E2. And what does high E2 do to your HPTA? It inhibits testosterone production. How long did you use the tribulus and at what dosages?
It was about a month, my estrogen levels have consistantly been at 17,17,27,27, 35.. When I stopped tribulus I took clomid and that solved that problem of the somewhat forming gyno. I personally do not like tribulus and believe so many other things need to be looked into, its like shot gunning things with no real benifit. Things were very much messed up before tribulus, but anyway tribulus was kind of an obstacle that got solved quickly. I took tribestan btw. I think it was 1 g a day. If it affect my estrogen levels they are back to normal and they are actually doing very well! I
I took tribestan about a year ago. I trace all of my problems back to the use of that supplement. I think it was 6 tabs/day. I know for a fact that tribestan shut down my natural testosterone production. And I have the friggin lab results to prove it. That shit is not benign. The two things that I really regret doing in my life are (1.) taking tribestan and (2.) self-dosing arimidex (didn't realize that the aftermath of tribestan was causing my "high" e2 levels (35 is not that high btw).)
Tribestan is either spiked with a suppressive compound or shuts down the HPTA through the negative feedback loop. Now I have secondary hypogonadism....one year later!
Wow that's pretty shitty, yeah like I said I had all these problems long before tribestan. That's horrible man can I see your tests? I am interested now lol. What are you currently taking? and are you seeing a doctor? have you stopped self dosing.

Sounds like me, I took a cycle of 17-Methyl bol with Methyl vol, was a hardcore prohormone stack. I felt like a beast while I was on it, best I have ever felt in my life, but about 1 month later is when I started to develop problems. Low test, thyroid problem etc etc (almost 2 years later and I still have the same problems). I am 99% sure that stuff fucked me up because my brother also took the same cycle at the same time as me and about a couple weeks after I started having problems he developed the same problems and also still has them.
Worst decision of my life but I was young and had no clue what I was even taking, plus my pct was shit, some otc stuff that was crap.
I'm thinking about running nolva/clomid to try to jump start but it may be to late now...
So, any updates?
AFA vitamin d improving testosterone production, just google or scholar it. There is plenty information out there. Adding and restoring vitamin d is generally healthful. Why would anyone question this as a starting point? HAN is pretty conservative in his approach. I agree with this. If I can fix some nutritional imbalances and possibly have a benefit as opposed to drugs, I am going to take that any time. Attacking this style of approach would make me question the attacker's motives.
