My whole story with all test results

only problem is I am NOT happy with my life and how things are.

And even though you are not happy with life, rather than follow through with all of the great advice you are getting here, you ask the same question over and over.

What if there's simply nothing which could be fixed?

If I could get a dollar for every time you have responded with "What if" after someone has given you great advice, I would never have to work again.
Just once it would be so cool to see a response like, wow, thanks for all of this great advice Meso members, I'm going to try this for 2 or 3 months and report back on the progress I've made. Even if it didn't work, you can't get any worse. What do you have to lose?
What if you followed the advice you've been given and you got better?
What if as a result of getting better you found a girl that look's like she came straight out of a Victoria's Secret magazine that wanted to have sex with you everyday?
What if as a result of your new found confidence from increased test levels you were offered a promotion at work or the job of your dreams?
What if as a result of your more muscular body a thief decides not to mug you and look for an easier target. Someone who looks like you used to?
What if you try and it works?

That they pump me full with testosterone in order to look all jacked or that they give me enough testo to get rid of the female fat distribution pattern?

And after all of the problems you have had, this would be a problem, WHY???

No of course not. But I don't think this is going to happen. I doubt that even with "proper treatment" I'd suddenly look normal. I simply feel like there are too many things not in order and the doctors do not even address them. At best they look at testosterone and try to influence it but what if this simply doesn't work for me because of other underlying issues? It totally bothers me that my doc did not even measure estrogen. This is like going to a mechanic to get your car fixed and he doesn't even look at the entire engine.

Hey ! Ya know what you could do? You could sit at your PC for hours and days and months on end and do real research and figure it out.

I got an even better idea. I'm going to become a doctor and then I can prescribe myself hcg, hgh, igf, testo and all the other good things. Yay, it's almost too easy.
