My Workout Is It OK ?

hey guys just wanted to ask your opinion on my workout anything i need to change please Tell me thanx.
My Stats Are:
Age: 19
Weight : 160lbs
Height : 168.5cm
BF: 9%
MY Goals are to get Bigger with Definition and Cut!!

Upper 1: Chest & Shoulders sets of 3 Reps 6-8 [Monday]

D.B Bench Press
Upright Rows
Incline Press
Arni Press
Decline Press
Rear Flys


Upper 2 : Back [Tuesday]

Lat Pulldowns
Standing Rows
Flat Rows
Close Grip Chinups
Dead Lifts

Abs:
Crunches
V-Sits Ball
Side Twist


Lower: Legs [Wednesday]

Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Standing Curls
Squats

I do that Start Monday Then repeat It From Thursday i start again..
I been doing this for about 6 months .. i feel like i need more or its not quite as it can be anythign wrong with it please let me know all help greatfull Thanks
