Having a problem with app crashing when I try to look at transactions. Can’t find solution anywhere. Anybody have this before? Or possible fix?

Ive never used it. How does it have you sign in? Seed phrase, private key? Do you have these backed up so you can delete the app and reinstall it? Maybe the app needs an update?
Edit- just checked elsewhere...do you have version: 2.9.11.5?

Did delete and reinstall. Problem still going on. Not sure what version it is but there aren’t no updates for it.
