Supp talk is pretty much limited to the ones you mentioned. Even types of whey gets trashed lol.
Whey is basically whey for the most part unless you have a dairy allergy then one is better for you (IIRC its isolate). Hydrolysate protein powders are a big waste of money over regular whey. Casein is fine too but I just prefer whey for the most part.
I don't really have a need myself for any other supps.
