Disagree. We run one of the best customer service on the market with 24/7 live support. Yes the agent may sometimes not know the details and forward the issue to the upper management and it may take some time but in 99% of the cases we are able to assist our customers promptly.

I did not say you don't pull through, but here's my experience:

I spent 60 dollars to transfer money to "My wallet" (enough for me not to want to deal with Naps) because they werent accepting wire. When money was credited to my wallet, it was short 17 dollars. I wired EXACTLY enough for order, so this fucked me up. I immediately contacted 24/7 assistance.

I told operator my issue. Operator said my bank charged me. I said no, they didn't because I paid for it beforehand. Operator told me to calm down. I said I was calm, just irritated that I have to do this. Operator hung up on me.

I send in a ticket. Tickets say they are answered in 24 hours. DId not hear back for 2 days. At this point, I figured I wouldn't get money back, so placed my order. I send in another ticket. Ticket got closed. I send in another one, they finally answer. By this time, order is shipped. This is what I mean by it being a hassle. You did refund my wallet, though, but ill probably never use it.

We do not charge any fees for bank wires. The reason you got charged is your bank for some reason used another correspondent (intermediary) bank from what we provided in payment instructions.
Live chat depends on the internet connection a lot and sometimes gets disconnected. The operator knows he may be fired if he hangs up. PM me your chat ID and I will take a look. Also provide me with the ticket ID that was closed. We usually close the tickets when user creates too many of them and about the same issue.
 
OP, PM me your order number please. We usually ship our orders within 2-3 days after the payment is accepted. However, some of our suppliers ship their products direct and some of them are slow. I'm talking about Chinese suppliers of HGH and HardCoreLabs. Rest of the products from our shop are shipped immediately. Pm me the order number please.

Wow you really get an extra sense of security from naps when you get on this forum. After reading naps responses. I will be placing an order

I will agree with Naps on this. Their customer service has been phenomenal every time I've used them. As far as shipping time goes, I usually get mine within 10 days from payment.

Naps is good. They are international it's gunna take some time for the order. As far as it not being shipped out yet the website could have not been updated and it could be on it's way or something was out of stock. Sometimes the reps are hard to understand your problems but I see naps on this forum is taking care of you.

I placed a decent order from naps today. Basically all geneza ancillaries'.
hoping for fast delivery. But with the holidays I'll be patient. Hope you get your stuff soon op.

The issue was resolved, as I said. The funds were reinstated to My Wallet, but after I had my order was already being processed, which is what was frustrating. I will PM you the ticket ID if you still want, though, just let me know (it's about 12 weeks old).

I do sincerely appreciate your concern though, bro. I see that you guys are trying really hard to make shit right. I'll make it a point not to bring up old issues with you guys. You're clearly working hard to resolve every single one, which I think all of us can appreciate

I still think you guys should reevaluate Geneza's oils and do random tests of their oils to make sure they are all the potency they're labeled as. As I said before, if Geneza regained a reputation for being consistantly solid, I think you guys would kill it.

Of course Naps is going to make everything right, why wouldn't he? And for the record, there isn't anything wrong with the Geneza Oils or Orals. I used the Winsrol and clen tabs over the summer, and they were fantastic.
 
I post this here too..

I received my package today.. 3x Bold 200 (Geneza) and 30 tabs of Clomid. Delivery took maybe a little over week, not too bad!

I asked if they could send them without original boxes/labels and they did so. I'm satisfied. The package made it through customs!

Bold is clear liquid that looks like water.. It doesn't mean anything though, one of best testosterones I ever used looked like water too (Bioniche Pharma's Testo-Med 400mg/ml). Bold wasn't nearly as thick as International Pharma's Test 450, it was easy to draw to the syringe and injection was painless. I'll report about possible post injection pain/anything else later.
 
I never had a problem receiving from Naps and the service seems good. As far as the gear goes I will be reporting on it in the next month. No dick sucking here, just letting you know if it's g2g or it's shit.
 
Shit my pack is still stuck at you know where! Its only been there over 3 business but my last one made it through the next day it arrived. International sucks balls!!! Too damn stressful.

Haha. I hope you're joking! Tracking a package will not draw extra attention. People track packages all the time. That's why they call it a "tracking number" and make it available to customers.
 
lets say I have known people involved in shipments just a tad more illegal than the focus products we are discussing and checking a recurring shipment from a foreign country multiple times a day every shipment happens to be an excellent way to get flagged. maybe they figure if it was board games you wouldnt care so much- regardless of rationale it has proved stupid to do anything but sit and wait.
 
last time i ordered was in febuary. no problem. products arrived in about 2 wks. and gear was good. anyone have more current info send pm. thanks
 
They are reliable but just a bit ago tried 3 times to log on to my account and it wouldn't take. Pmd him and waiting for reply. Is there something in the air right now a bunch of weird goings on? Hmmm?
