I've been doing business with Napsgear for years, and I've never had a problem. I always order Geneza Pharmaceuticals products from them, and they always exceed my expectations.
My latest order has been a little different. I placed an order with Napsgear on Sunday January 24th, 2016. I ordered about $500 worth of product. On Wednesday January 27th, 2016 I received notice that my order had been shipped in two different shipments. Two items were coming from India, and the bulk of my order was coming from China. I received the tracking numbers for both shipments, and the tracking number from China didn't initially work, but the one from India was fine. I didn't think anything of it because my friend said his tracking number never worked, but he still received his products.
Well, I received my order from India relatively quick. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the bulk of my order. I contacted Napsgear about it, asking what the problem was and if there was any delay. On February 18th, 2016 a lady by the name of Annette Jackson responded to my ticket saying that my shipment was delayed because of the Chinese New Year. She said my package had ACTUALLY been shipped on February 13th, 2016.
"The item left Hong Kong for it's destination on 13-Feb-2016" "Please give it more time."
I waited another week, the tracking information didn't budge. I waited a few more days.. same story. I got impatient and sent her another email asking if I should be worried about the order. She replied and told me that the delivery could take up to 4 weeks, even though on the website they say 21 days. I ordered my gear Jan 24th, it wasn't shipped until Feb 13th.
Well it's March 3rd, and I still don't have anything that I paid for. I'm pretty upset about it because I was planning on doing a show, $500 is a decent amount of money to lose, and I feel like I'm getting the run around. I've read about poor customer service with Naps before, but never experienced it. Now I am, and I don't like it. I really want what I ordered, even though my plans for it have pretty much fallen through. I'm so unhappy with this that I decided to write my first online review about it, and to top things off I don't even understand how the Chinese New Year has anything to do with this. Lets find a way to make this right, please. I really like Naps, but if something isn't done about this then I will never recommend or use them again.
