I am 47. I have been functional training with a physical therapist twice a week for 15 months. I am pretty sore for 5 days for legs and 3 day for arms. My labs had my testosterone at 350 and I have just started enclomiphene. I have been on Retatrutide, Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin for 5 months. 5ft 11in. 194 lbs. 25% body fat dexa.

I have already started down the Natty Plus path. What are some pros and cons of Natty Plus vs Testosterone and HGH injections.

Seems like you're throwing a ton of stuff at the wall at once. My opinion: narrow your goals and focus on one or two things at a time. Use supplements focused on those goals.

It appears you might be aiming for fat loss. Ditch the enclomiphene until you lose more bf. Again, my opinion only, but reta and tesa combined with a focused diet and exercise routine should be enough.

The natty plus protocol reads like an advertisement for expensive supplements you probably don't need and will have no idea if they work because there are so many.

I always start with trying to optimise diet before doing anything else for the most part. As that is where growth/healthstarts

Natty plus?

Remind me of 20 years ago, when the MKIV supra community had terms like "BPU" and "BPU + " and "BPU ++". Eventually it got so dumb that it was universally mocked.

I assume that the term natty plus is used to get people comfortable with PEDs.

Using peds and steroids is societally radioactive, so trying to re-orient to the mainstream is a way to make it more palletteable.

If you are getting ped and supplement information from Instagram, you are being monetized and won't get ideal results.
