?natty Test Boosters?

You would think with them being a compound move that it would. Then again you never know. Looks like something id be interested in researching just for shits an grins though.

I have heard some people say that the reason someone is not gaining weight is because they are not doing squats and not getting a boost to their natural test production. And that if they add squats to their workout program they will start gaining mass.

I've been using some supplements for a while although I don't know if they would be considered testosterone boosters.
I use as follows:
Zeolite 2 grams with 5 grams Buffered Vitamin C and 3 Grams MSM (an older German fellow gives me this as pay for doing construction type stuff around his manor he use to be some sort of doctor)

Liquid Vitamin D3 with K2 - 20 Drops @10,000 IUs for both (1,000 IUS per 2 Drops)

Iodine & Borax this was recommended by my GFs mom because I had some pretty bad Psoriasis and nothing seemed to help but this combination has done the trick and completely ridden me of Psoriasis and Eczema.

I take about 4 Drops of Lougols @ 6.25mgs per drop and 1/3 of a tea spoon of Borax in a liter of Distilled water.

Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea these I was told to take by my Uncle who has used both of these to fight fatigue and stress.

Ashwagandha Powder @ 14 grams
Rhodiola Rosea @ 2 Grams

Optizinc don't remember the dosing but I take 3 I f those suckers.
Magnesium Chloride Oil

I don't know if these actually do in fact raise test levels but I have been taking all this for about 2 years and have noticed better stregnth and sexual stamina. Plus, ever since I've been on these I have been blowing loads literally my shit almost comes out as thick as Vaseline.
my girlfriend hates it when I decided to bust on her because it never gets off of her. I Even SUGGESTED She Use It as a lotion ... Didnt Get the response I hoped for :'(

After working at a vitamin store and BB supplement store I've seen a lot supplements come and go. Tried any and all that I thought would help me when I was a natural bodybuilder. There were so many I can't remember half of them. A lot of them are banned now, like pinnacle androstat6 poppers (sublingual lozenges). They didn't do crap and they had six different Andros, diones, diols, norandrodiones, norandrodiols. You can consume all the precursors you want. Doesn't mean your body is going to convert them into what you want. Possibly something you don't want, like estro. I don't know why they even banned them, besides athletes blaming them for their failed drug tests. Out of all the supplements I'm aware of that are natural I might take tribulus terrestris or Tribestan. This link might not be clinical enough of a study for you but here it is:
http://www.diagnose-me.com/treatment/tribulus.html
And maybe ginseng but that's only based on 3,000 years Chinese anecdotal evidence, which actually is enough for me.

The two you mentioned are part of the small handful that have any evidence along with creatine of doing anything useful.I just got finished really researching most otc bodybuilding supplements just for shits and giggles.Besides creatine I havnt used any of the otc supplements for about 7 years but was maybe considering messing with some stuff while off cycle for fun ..like the old days.I was shocked to find that all of the supplements had piss poor results from studies.Arginine didn't do too well either which surprised me considering all the hype for so long.

No test boosters on the market have shown any good evidence to prove that testosterone production was elevated..go look. However I did read daa may have had some benefit maybe in men with already low t,but that was bro talk somewhere anywhere so has no ground. As far as tribulus in those studies you posted it says it (appears)to have done things.I believe it may have good effects on libido and many other benefits but not sure if it really gives the type of hormone boost most expect it to deliver.

@dnoyez I agree with you that creatine is the only thing that will give you gains that are even close to a steroid. Tribs effects are subtle at best. But if it can be proven to increase luteinizing hormone. That is a good way to increase natural test production. The supplement market is a racket. It's guys on juice saying hey look what this did for me. If you look at a lot of the test/libido enhancers trib is usually one of the major ingredients. There will never be a supplement that increases test by much. When there is one it's either spiked or just a matter of time until it's banned. Strength training is the best natural test booster. Especially exercises that activate every muscle in your body like a squat. I hardly ever do them anymore myself. I don't like the amount of pressure it puts on my vertebrae. There's plenty of other exercises to work the same muscles though.
