Ok lil up to date on me, i joined this board looking for a "quick fix" as every young teen and twenty year old is looking for over a year or so ago. Soon found out that it doesnt work like that and with the help the meso crew, i have come along ways since then naturally. I went from 185-190 to solid 215 to 220, got up to 225 but my speed started to suffer so i dropped back down to stay fast for football. The first few weeks i didnt gain much but after about 5 or 6 weeks i started gaining weight. Out of all this i try to eat every two hours but sometimes stretched to 3.
I need help though on two different areas of my body, particularly my bicep,tricep area and lower back. It seems like nothing i do can get my arms to grow any.
football workouts and weights mostly everyday, i would list them but our strength coach changes our routines every week.
