Need advice first c. sustanon + deca

Yes I'm 5'6, as short as my surfboards. Lol. I eat about 5-6 times a day. Mostly oatmeal and eggs (yellow and white). And sometimes chicken breast. The obvious thing while i gaining is my emotion feel soo 'full'. And I surely feel part by part of my body crawl and grow especially during the night.

Yes 4leafclover thanks for information and advice i really purchase it. I will make deca twice so it become 500/week from now until 16 weeks then. But if it without sustanon. I've heard you will lost your energy and only deca will kills your sex drive.. horrible decision ..

If you are bulking, 4k calories to start, if you hit a wall, up the calories.

I'd bet at 110 poundd he is barely getting 2k. 4k alone should yield amazing results. @ The op, learn how to eat big first, then hormones later. I'd bet your body fat is real low so make sure your calories come
from real food and not sugar, you should get great gains. Go to our nutrition section and read up.
 
I read him using sust for 6 weeks, then switching to deca, which is ok. Continue to eat big, 4k calories on a bulk, 1.5g of protein per lb, chose your own mix of fats and carbs. Workout to whatever routine you prescribe to, FST-7, GVT, HIT, HIIT, ETC. I would recommend 5-6 times a week while on. 1 cheat meal per week.

I personally, would not add dbol or tren if this is your first cycle. Just stick to deca and sust, your gains should be enough. Make sure you have a PCT on hand for when your cycle ends.

He is already on cycle, so we should give him advice on how to conclude it successfully.

To the OP, I didn't see any mention of PCT.
 
It looks like a train wreck in my opinion. You guys know more than me though. There isn't even any aromasin or arimidex, or is that not needed.

Some need it, some don't. I hardly run an AI, and my doses are much greater than this fellows. Internet gospel IMO. If you are prone to gyno, then yes of course, by all means use it.

If it's a first cycle how are you supposed to know? That's a high risk gamble.

No it's not. Gyno does not happen over night, it's not like BAM you have bitch tits. It takes months for full blown gyno to actually set in. You can even get gyno, leave it untreated for years, take some nolva 5 years down the road and reverse it (provided it's not advanced).

In a worst case scenario, you get a small lump, just STOP taking AAS, get some nolva or clomid, and you can reverse a lump. When you actually start developing breasts, is when you need surgery to remove it.
 
When using doses this low, I personally don't need an AI. I ALWAYS have Aro and letro on hand, it would be dumb not to.

When I run more than a gram of Test and 50mg ED of dbol, I will run a little Aro and sometimes if my nipps get sore, I'll hit the Nolva for a few days. I rarely use Letro as I crashes the shit out of my E2 but sometimes I get crazy with my compounds and it is necessary.

I'm an ectomorph (the doc said), he said my gen kill almost every fat that comes automaticly . But i'm look normal. And I'm Bali people and 110 pound is still normal here. My schedule gym about 6 times a week. Actually I don't need Off day because I feel no pain or tired. I just care about my muscle growth.

I will listen on what you advice @4leafclover about just use simple roids on my first cycle. I just ran deca 500mg/week and test p or d-bol (when it neccesary then)
And I'm agree with you about side effects, many stuff I use, not roids but have issue like this but not happen on me. Just an issue. And I feel i will be fine of this. I will not add tren also.

Yeah I need to research what kind food that I have to eat. Because I'm not foodholic you know . My body not interest so much about eat unless I hungry. And also the 'real food' is too expensive for me if i make it as my daily food. I start using whey, creatine powder and amino now.

I think is enough for now. I know what i need to do to complete the roids cycle.

What I meant about cals from real food versus sugar is like you are better off getting them by eating a meal rather than drinking a soda. Or eat a couple chips of yogurt or cottage cheese rather than a bowl of ice cream. Hit up the nutrition forum for real great ideas and advice.
 
As for protein, your going to have
to consume a minimum of 1 gram of protein per every pound you wiegh . Since 1lb equals .45kg I'd round it to .50. So you will consume a minimum of 2 grams of protein per kg that you weigh.

Deca takes a long time to get into the system, especially at lower doses. You would be barely running enough for joint relief, and you aren't running it nearly long enough. Sustanon isn't really that great to pin 2x a week either, it's normally pinned eod, since it has more short and medium acting esters than long esters.

Deca @ 250/wk should really be ran for 16 weeks to see any muscular gains from it. If you are just using it for joint relief than what you have laid out is fine. But if you are trying to bulk off it, you need to up the dose to around 400 or more.

Is this your first cycle, or just first cycle with sust and deca? If it is your very first cycle, I would either drop the sust or the deca, and just run one compound. Either of the two is fine for a first go.

For the first paragraph: I have done deca only, and deca, dbol. Both are great cycles. I personally do not get deca dick, so I have no idea about the deca dick issue. My coach says he sees it very rarely. I don't know if any are better per say, deca only is fine, deca + test is fine.

I have no idea what you are trying to say for your second paragraph.
 
OP lay off the high horse and STOP using compounds you have no business using. Don't thank me now but you will once you make this mistake of running gear. At 110lbs you must not lift. Stick to surfing. You mention no actual diet, no actual training, and even less AAS knowledge. Dont come back here complaining you lost everything and your pipi doesnt work. Just eat like madman and lift. No steroids.
