for the past year,my lower back almost near the hip,has been hurting.its on and off but usually lasts about a week. can this be tendon or joint damage from years of heavy squats or from jogging on the treadmill? what can i do in order to start lifting again? i have been out of the gym for a week and am afraid to do legS. also,can low T levels make your back sore or joints hurt?
