Need advice

Alright, funny thing. On the 24th I took 250mg of test c. Very first injection of my cycle. And today I just took 150mg. And I plan to take 150mg every 3 days. On an earlier post I got advice from somebody that taking 0.25mg of arimidex along with my injection days would be okay. So I took 0.25mg along with my injection today. And then I noticed a tight feeling in my hands and arms. Mainly my hands. Nothing in my feet. But mostly hands and forearms. And then I panicked and thought it was high estrogen or something. Like water retention . But then I wondered how long it takes after injection for estrogen to go up? So anyways. I took another 0.25mg of arimidex just now, totalling 0.5mg today.

So my question is, was I just tripping out? The tightness in my hands and forearms is gradually going away even as I write this on my phone. And I did just go for a long 1 hour walk in the hot sun.
And I read to only take arimidex if I'm experiencing high estrogen. So would I determine that based on sore nipples?
Or do you guys suggest that I take a small dose every time I inject. I'd be taking 300mg every 6 days. But in 150mg every 3. So 2 doses. And I'm on winstrol too! Okay thanks.

And I can't really get blood work done. Getting a family doctor in this area is pretty much impossible. But I do plan to check out a walk in clinic maybe sometimes next week.

AND! I keep reading that you feel test at about 2-3 weeks. But that's trt doses. So 100-200mg I think? I don't know if it's a placebo but I think I feel it now. The hand and forearm thing, don't know, but my muscles all feel extra hard right now. And I'm clearly larger than I was. Also, I was taking winstrol by itself for a couple of weeks before beginning the test. So that's already built up in my system.

But yeah, my forearms, hands, back, some of my shoulders and armpit area feel extra firm. Like they're always mildly flexed. I've never been on test base before. So I don't know what to expect.

No disrespect and I am only making an educated guess based on the way you posted 5 in a row: you have adhd or are an over thinker maybe prone to anxiety. You probably are not really feeling the test yet. Likely just placebo effect. Not to say I didn’t have the same feeling. But legitimately the only feeling I really get is increased strength and a numbness to lightweights.

A lot of people have described the tightness you are but they were on mast or sust. I don’t really experience that except when I got a pump. I’m not the most experienced but from what I have seen hand tightness is not a sign of high estrogen but could be a side from armidex as it is associated with low estrogen.

Hell… I know guys who went to a TRT clinic, at 150mg test they were given AIs!! This is so crazy to me. I’ve crashed my estrogen before it’s definitely not something anyone wants to experience, ruined my whole cycle.

This is almost unbelievable but hopefully no reason to make it up. That’s crazy tho 750mgs of test per week and E2 is lower than normal….

typo my bad that was supposed to be 31. It’s been far too long since I’ve done any bloods. I’ve always found it Interesting…some guys that are naturally more lean than me aromatize testosterone much more than me. I battle the fat gene from my dad

The previous winstrol use definitely could be a factor, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, blood pressure problems with arimedex, high sodium for some as well can cause trouble, magnesium deficiency and taurine depletion causes aches , if you use prewrkout with caffeine and that could cause a diuretic reaction, could be a combination of several areas natural and artificial, I think it's the winstrol it will subside, eat clean and sleep well as well brother, I'm sure you know your body and will recover from these things we all often experience
