need an abs workout

Can anyone give me a good ab workout program as my gut is getting looser than graham nortons arse right now?
How many times do you guys work your abs per week and for how long each session?

I dont have a spesific routine for my abbs I just do 2 sets of crunches after every workout. This works well cos you can train your abbs every session and they'll grow. training your abbs will do very little to reduce the fat around your middrift. wait till your ready to cut and a clean diet and reducing calories will sort them out!

thanks man, i dont have fat on my belly, its just like a bit baloon pot belly kinda thingbut theres little to no actual fat there, i just thought some abs work might tighten it up a bit, or is that cos im eatin so dam much?

you think it will go away after a cut?
 
abs are made of fast twitch muscle fiber, they are designed for support..

front squats, dead lifts, power cleans, planks, and any hold you do..

i sit knees up, feet off the ground, arms out in front of me.. this forces you to keep the balance with your abs, when you fail, you've completed one rep.. :D

heavy hyper extensions work well too.. i hate receptive ab work, it's not efficient.
 
will they make my stomach baloon tighter, cos i just look like ive swallowed a beachball or im friggin 8 months pregnant Lol, i know they dont burn fat but thats juist it, theres not an ounce of fat there just this big horrible footaball thing.

so how many do you guys do per week then?
