Stats: 6’0, 202 lbs, 8 weeks into 500 mg test E. Probably around 15-17% body fat currently

Goal is to be shredded by summer

Mentally feels like a waste to cut at 500 mg, but bulking until April then crash cutting seems dumb.

I want to get the most out of my cycle, but also want to be shredded.

I plan on cruising after I run 500mg for 20 weeks.

Also, if I cut would it be retarded to add anavar?
 
Run the 500mg for the full 20 weeks. Up your carbs slightly whenever your weight starts to plateau. Don’t eat over 70g of fat a day. Slow roll the weight so you don’t end up fat as hell. Shoot for 1lb a week. Pull bloods at 10 weeks if all good make no adjustments. Once the 20 weeks is up, check your bloods again, if all good, drop to 250mg and figure out your new maintenance TDEE. Hang there for a month the add in Reta at 2mg a week. Drop cals slowly just as you brought them up slowly on the bulk. I personally would add in 70mg Tren A and 200mg Mast p or E and run that for a couple months. Continue training intensity this entire time but remember to listen to your body and deload if needed.

Alright, appreciate the advice. So you think I should finish out this 20 weeks in a slight surplus?
 
I’d say 12 weeks minimum for a bulk and then calculate how much you need to lose until your goal deadline. Make it so you’re losing 0.5%-0,75% BW per week max. Don’t cut back on the AAS during your cut. If you want to be shredded, take enough time to cut.

agree, always can add more but never lower the total mg load on cycle! dont add the g@y reta. masteron if u can source and good one, var/winny and fat burners like clen yohimbine cardarine l carnitine(only high dose), then hgh and last check thyroid and see if you can supplement with a little t4/t3. All these ofc with tapering down calories and upscaling the cardio
