need dnp to shed last 5-10 lbs?

ive been cutting for 4 months. dropped 40 lbs, im lean and my top 4 abs are showing CLEAR but i cant get that last little bit around my waste gone. its probably less than 5-10 lbs.

ive plateud and nothing has changed for the past 3 weeks. diet and everything has been on POINT. i tried mixing up cardio and shocking body but nothing seems to do the trick. i got my dnp and im ready to roll. im just curious if u guys think the dnp will carve up my lower abs? im thinking of 2-3 weeks at 500mgs. diet will still be on point but ill probably slow down on the cardio. let me know guys.

also, can i go to the tanning bed while on dnp?
 
Is DNP needed? Nope. Will it do the trick... hell yeah (given it is done properly). 5-10 pounds will definitely come off. Just be sure to wait until a week or so after you are off DNP to see results.

Diet will need to change on DNP. Hypoglycemia can be dangerous so eat that fruit boy!

Few notes about DNP experience:
1. Frontload if you are comfortable
2. Drink COLD water... 1.5 gallon+
3. Dont worry about anti-oxidants or other vitamins... eat balanced that's all.
4. DNP will boost metabolism by 50-60% at that dose... so make sure your calories are low enough to match your goals.
5. Time the carbs= so you dont start gushing sweat when it is inconvenient.
6. Seriously, dont do heavy cardio in the heat.... if you do, you will probably be fine, but it is not worth the risk.
 
so the dnp could in theory get me under 10% in the next 2-3 weeks if i stay at 500mg per day maybe a little more depending on how im feeling? will i actually look different? i just dont want to lose water weight, i need this little bit of fat gone

Yes. Start low though . You may not necessarily tolerate 2 caps, or develop a rash/itch like I did.

I lost more with 1 cap a day over 14 days vs 14 caps over 9 days.
 
thanks bro very appreciated. also, i know i have to drink a lot of water per day, but is it okay to just put a little crystal light 5 calorie iced tea in the water to make it tastier? its so hard to drink 1 gallon of water a day.
 
okay. also, i eat 1600-1800 calories daily when cutting. since im on dnp, should i up that to 2000-2200 or keep it at 1600-1800? i want maximum results, i want all my abs carved out in a month

Cut like you normally would. Why bother to take the drugs to increase metabolism if you're going to eat more. I lose 1 lb a day on 1 cap, about 1200-1600 cals. I eat almost 0 carbs on dnp, just meat and veggies. Honestly, I feel like crap and I drag my ass around but I'd rather get it over with as fast as possible. 1MR and BCAA to pull myself through my workouts. The workouts are as heavy as I can manage, but lots of rest, because it's hard.

I would just suck it up, accept you will be miserable, and get it over with quickly.
 
alright. i took my first 2 caps today. felt hot all day. little nausea i think because of the diet. i just need to drop 10 lbs of fat, ill be cut up nicely at that point. you think i can do that in 2-3 weeks at 500mg?

I would have followed the instructions - 1 cap for 4 days, 2 for 4, then increase if needed. You should be able to lose 10 lbs without any real issue if you stay on point with diet.
 
Ive never lost more than 2 pounds of muscle on dnp. The first time I took it I didnt diet at all. Wanted to see if the hyp was real. It works! Drink plenty of gatoraid and wear white shirts
 
thanks guys. today is day 3, i get super hungry on this shit. its really hard to follow my 1600 calorie a day cutting diet. but i do it. i need to carve out my bottom abs its really important. sweating during the night has been BRUTAL but i did find that eating just protein (i.e. protein shake or chicken) and not having any carbs with your last meal reduces night sweats. cardio SUCKS now, i cant do much in terms of that. might as well pack it away until im done with the dnp.

Yeah, like I said - it's hard. I tried cardio once and said the hell with it, just getting through three heavy weightlifting sessions a week was hard enough. You nailed the thing with carbs right on the head, that's why I wasn't even bothering except for once a week. It was no fun eating the carbs and having them just turn to heat anyhow, and it slowed my losses. Sticking to protein and veggies was the fix for that.

After all, it's only for a few weeks, then it's over.
 
i hope im not doing this for nothing. im not going to look in the mirror/scale until a couple days after i finish so im guessing 3 weeks. i dont feel really out of breath just sitting there but i can feel that i cant get as much oxygen in my lungs as i usually can. no way im doing gym/cardio today or for the next few weeks. just no way. so your saying that as i sit here in my nice cool room doing nothing, im burning more fat than i would running hill sprints?

No, that's not possible. ANYTHING you do while on DNP is going to take more energy than normal. So, if somehow you managed to drag your ass to a hill and did sprints it would use more energy than normal. Personally I find that cardio makes me hungry, and cardio + DNP would probably make me ravenous. In addition, I was losing a POUND a DAY, which really is plenty for most people. Why kill yourself with the extra cardio?
 
okay thanks. i am on 3 caps a day now, first thing in the morning, im hoping i start to really feel it soon. i heart that once you are laboring for breath at a stand still, it means your body is at its fat burning limit.
