It sucks when this stuff happens. But I've read over and over again on all the sites that safe mail is not secure and shouldn't be used. I won't even order from a source that uses safemail

and I get questions about why there where no red flags raised when this new email was sent to me,,,,bottom line is those 2 cock roaches scammed me....it was a good thing I copied some of the emails to another place,,,because when i went to bed last night i was able to get into my 2 paulietuck emails not they are disabled

Not always the case. I think the source reserves the right to not send package if the customer does something dumb. Not sayin he did, but say for example customer gave wrong address, or copied someone else on an email, or something else that could compromise the source.

The source should be able in circumstances like this to not send anything. As long as it's truly justified

The reason I said that was
1.) Always give the buyer benefit of the doubt initially if he can support his claim.

2.) There's always going to be some form of miscommunication. When that occurs...both supplier and buyer need to be patient with each other, in order to get issues resolved.

3.) If issues can't be resolved then the transaction is voided. Money is refunded.and gear needs to be returned...if at all possible.

source should never keep someone's money do to miscommunication.

The timing of all of this seems fishy as all hell.

It sounds to me like if anyone's email addy was hacked, it was the source, otherwise we are to assume that someone just randomly hacked into your email the same night you were sending funds to a source, and then that quickly perpetrated this maneuvering to redirect your payment to someone in another country?

I could be dead ass wrong on this and maybe I am misreading this, but... the person who pulled this off HAD TO HAVE KNOWN you were ordering from this source already, which would be a short list.

Paulie, did you tell anyone else you were ordering? I just find it way too unlikely that some random email hacker stumbled upon this transaction with no prior knowledge and pulled this off.

Edit: And by no means am I accusing either of you Paulie or Myth of being involved in the theft here, just thinking out loud in hopes that someone can help me see whatever it is that I am missing.

Its not about being offended. I would've recruited a few respected members of the board and tried to tie up all the loose ends before bringing it public. All youve done is muddy the waters because the thread will go in 50 directions at any given time.
