Im not upset, but I havent seen a skinny guy who wants to get big eating anywhere near enough to grow.

Eat more + 5x5 = Big gains

Yeah, it cracked me up when a guy last week said he was eating well, and his diet consisted of 1 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 a protein bar for breakfast, a 50mg protein, and the rest of the protein bar for mid-morning snack. Salad for lunch, then some chicken breast and rice for supper. I eat that much before lunch.

Mr. Smith is right, you HAVE to eat around 4000-6000, or more, calories a day, plus a minimum of 1.5grams of protein per pound you weigh, per day, or you can forget the mass/growth you are looking for.

That is damn good advise bro.. I myself hardly ever watch what i eat, i just eat. Not sure if people will argue this but, imo you cant eat too healthy and expect to get that many calories in for bulking with a high metabolism.
I eat all and dont care as long as i'm eating about 5 times a day plus 2 shakes that have 600 calories each. I though have a fast metabolim and stay pretty lean no matter what i eat. I have to say the shakes (Prolabs N Large 2, these taste pretty damn good in chocolate by the way) do help get me over the top on the calorie/protien counter.

You do however need to work for what you want. I sure as hell wouldn't be eating 6-7 times a day if i wasn't working out with goals. shit, i use to eat 2-3 times a day before i really started working out. I'm not going to lie it wasn't easy but, it is alot easier when you eat whatever you like as como said and you also just get used to it after a while.
