Do you have hcg in hand or would you have to order it? Not sure if you "need" it but it might not be a bad thing if you have some atrophy.....though you haven't been back on for long and you said you recovered well previously no?
I'm one of the few guys that actually enjoy clomid so that is what I use for pct though I keep a 2.5mg EOD dose of letrozole through pct. I stocked up on Femara a while back so I use that instead of nolva or amridex.
Previous to the Femara purchase I used 20mgs ed of nolva when I noticed nipple sensitivity on cycle and 10mgs ed before and through pct.
What you wrote out looks perfect to me.
