!! NEED HELP!! TRAINING ON A BULK CYCLE, OPINIONs WANTeD

fuck that bob. train every day. however many sets you can do in a 2-hour time period. that will make the new muscle harder and more dense.
 
Chippy's 2-hour workout is the morning workout. You'll have to head back to the gym later in the afternoon/evening for another 90-120 minutes.
 
Did you delete the training forum, Bob? I've been on two board today and this question has been on both....in the AAS section and not the training section. Hmmmmmm
 
Screw these guys bro...ther'ye just fucking with ya. What ya really need to do is Charles Polquin's "All-Day" Workout program for each bodypart, every single day while on! Oh, and you won't need much protein either, the 'roids will take care of that...Good Luck!

Dude WTF are you talking about u dont need much protien the roids will take care of that for u? u are joking right? since when do roids magicly produce there own protien for the body to build mucslce? you still need to have a large intake a protien the roids willl icrease the rate at wich the protien is broken down and used to build mucscle so it would be a good idea to take protien

as you can tell these guys are all fucking with you, I work out 5 days a week and work out each bodypart once a week. I do about 8 to 12 sets per body part and you can do anywhere from 8 to 15 reps per set. I like to go real heavy and do about 8 reps total and with the protein thing get at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, me personally i get about 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. Hope this helps, start reading in the training area, and nutrition area.
