need help with 6pack

ok i always have trouble wit the stomache any suggestions as far as diet to slim down and what substances to use like ephedrine, clen, ???
 
Do 2 hours of high intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then come back around 4 or 5 to lift for an hour. Eat 2500 calories a day mostly from protein and do that 6 days a week, On the 7th day dont move at all. Take an ECA stack twice a day, and take a light cycle of roids or at least a prohormone like 1AD to preserve muscle. When I do a training phase like this, I lose about 3-5 lbs of fat per week, and my lifts go up.
 
Adam, where do you come up with all this crap? Especially with having absolutely zero information about this guy.

Also, I have zero confidence in your ability to lose "3-5 pounds of fat per week." You must be a metabolic anomaly. Or full of shit. One of the two.
 
2 hours of cardio. ever see a musclar marathon runner, no. 30 -40 min. 4-5 times a week is plenty for a male. that and diet. if your losing more than 2-3 lbs a week your losing muscle too, or your carrying a ton of water.......11

ok what about product for loosing fat?? what is recomended i want to preserve mucsle too i just want a nice stomache
 
Ephedrine/caffeine or clen/t3. Ive heard good comments about carnitine but havent personally tried it yet.

Read sources informtaion on how to lose weight . Do not listen to Adam he doesn't have a clue. The best way to lose fat and gain muscle is to lose fat slowly.i.e. 1 pound a week more or less guartnee it fat lkoss not muscle loss. Body Opus by Dan Dunchanine and Ripped by clanerance Bass both agree with this 1 pound a wek max lss theory. I highly recomentd these two books for fat loss. If you want to see how i dopped my Body fat read thr JS 5x5 therard on this post my diet and training is posted on thier.
 
Perhaps I am just genetically superior to everyone else on this board, although I doubt anyone who replied to my advice has actually tried it.

Or perhaps you weigh less than 200 pounds.
 
Unless you are 350 pounds with 80% bodyfat, there is no way you are naturally dropping 3-5 pound of fat per week. With dnp, sure, I can buy that. But not with nutrition, training, and OTC supplements. Unless of course you are also concurrently dropping a large amount of muscle.
 
how can you tell him to eat 2500 calories if you dont know whether he weighs 100 or 300 pounds? 2 hours of HI interval cardio is guaranteed to burn some muscle.

or how about this he stops eating all together. than he runs every waking minute of the day except when working,and using the bathroom, doesnt drink water except before bed and eats 1AD like breathmints . if he feels tierd or week he can just eat some ephedra or better yet Crank Yeah that should do it you will look great in no time.
WTF? just kiding about the Crank, but the rest should work good luck.

LOL. Reminds me of Jimmy Tango's Weight Loss Solution from SNL. You know the one with Jim Carrey where he advises to wear 3 layers of clothing under a sweat-suit and to do Crystal Meth all day long!

by the way i am 6' 2" around 220 not possitive about BF i would guess around 10%
 
It has been clinically proven that eating a small meal (i do mean small) several hours before cardio can increase thermogensis by 10-15%,,,I wouldn't do cardio on an empty stomach
 
If it is real small and several hours b4 than the stomach will be empty again :D

LOL, yall are like a flock of sheep. I am still waiting to hear from someone who has actually tried what I had suggested to give an educated response on it instead of blindly reciting off what u have read on the internet lol
