Need help with a first cycle......

HI,

I am 30 years old, 6'0'' 270lbs 36%bf, I used to weigh almost 400lbs about a year and a half ago. I bench around 275 (started at 155). I have not and cannot gain anymore strength or lose anymore body fat. No matter how hard I try. I eat very very well and lift very very often. I have a dietician and a trainer (thats how I got where I am today) My blood pressure is perfect , cholestrol perfect, everything except im still a fat ass.....


I am wanting to start a cutting cycle to help gain more muscle and lose this weight..... I read animal mass's cycles in this part of the forum and was wondering if this would be a good cycle for me.... If not please please suggest something...

Also this would be my very first ever cycle and I do NOT want any bloating and would like to keep most of my gains. ________________________________________________________

This cycle is fairly cheap, and more importantly is still what I consider to be one of the best cutting cycles out there for the regular bodybuilder. (If you need to make it cheaper, drop the winny and use homemade tren - but the winny def. adds to this cycle)

This is a 4 week on, 4 week off, 4 week on cycle for 12 weeks of good hard cutting.

Weeks 1-4 Superclen (work up to 1 tab per day)

Weeks 1-4 T3 (start with 1 25mcg tab per day and increase one tab every 4 days until you get to 100mcg, and then back down again. 1111222233334444333322221111.

Weeks 1-4 Tren 75mg ED

Weeks 1-4 Winny 50-100mg ED

Run clomid post cycle weeks 5-8 at 100-50-50. HCG can also be used to get nuts going.

Also it say "cheap ass cycle" well if I done the math right this is far from what i consider cheap but am more than willing to pay it... I figured around 1200.00 if I use the injectible winstrol or 800 if i use the tabs.. I figured the cycle would take this (is this correct?

56 vials of Winny
2 10ml bottles of tren
128 tabs of T-3
approximately 400 tabs of .02 clen
and approx. 60 clomids

hey bro, that is a good cutting cycle. Also, how many times do you eat a day, if you are eating very clean that is good, but are you eating at least 4 to 5 times a day. If not you need too, this will help get your metabolism going, also how many times a week are you doing cardio workouts, i would make sure you doing about 4 times a week especially if your bf% is 36%. Besides that, the cycle you mentioned would help a lot but you have to make sure your cardio and diet is in place before you start the cycle. Good luck bro, i would wait around for other responses because there are a lot of good bros on here that know there shit. Once again, good luck.

well when i get up in the morning i usually eat 5-6 scrambled eggs ( I take the yoke out of half of them) and 4-5 peices of turkey bacon

lunch time i eat 1-2 chicken breasts or tunafish maybe a steak or grilled shrimp or grilled fish.

while at the gym i drink a protein shake

for supper (6pm) i'll eat a salad and some chicken (depends on what i had for lunch)

then around 9pm or so i'll eat a promax protein bar..

go to bed around midnight (right after situps)

bro first off thats an outragous price for that cycle.secondly i really dont think that you need to cycle yet.if you keep at it you will loose that weight.i know of too many people that has done.you have made tremendous progress so far naturally,and i congratulate you for it.as you know it takes time and a lot of it,but with progress you have already made i believe that you can do it.further more i think that aas will not help you situation that much.just wait till you drop down more then consider it.sometime you just have to change you routine around and that will trigger a response if you have hit a plateau.also hang around the nutrition and training forums there is a wealth of info there.good luck and keep up the good work

I would not suggest tren in a first cycle as it can shut you down very hard and I really don't think your ready for ED injections for a first go. The absolute key to ANY cutting cycle is your diet and cardio. You have to remember bro that anabolics DO NOT burn fat with the exception of tren(not for newbies) and possibly anavar(and even thats questionable). The best way, by far, to burn unwanted BF is cardio. Cardio first thing in the A.M. BEFORE the consumption of any food. A clen/ECA stack 2wks on/2wks off will give you a little additional help. I would not suggest T3 as of yet unless you get the 'OK' from your doc. Bloating can be controlled through the use of anti-estrogens so there is no concern there. A cutting cycle would be absolutely useless if your cardio and diet are not in check.
 
i would say go to the doc. if and thats a big if, you have actually met your potential, you have something wrong. has your thyroid been checked? and if there is something wrong your doc can prescribe what you need. aas is not your answer.
 
definately have the thyroid checked. you made amazing progress this far, and i dont really see too many reasons why you cant continue on your intended course.

as was mentioned above, change your routine a bit. do interval training for cardio. also as was mentioned above, do it first thing in the morning. on an empty stomach.

check the nutritional values on your late night protein bar. it might not be that good for you at that time of night.

yeah man, those promax bars are loaded w/sugar. definately not a good late night choice. go with something w/less sugar and or carbs.
