Need help with FOCUS...on first cycle...C'mon all you vets

I am on week five of my first cycle 500wk test c

I turned 34 this week started cycle 6'1" 198lbs @17%bf

Had pre cycle labs done showed I had very low test at 267

So I have been training hard and eating like crazy. No weird strength gains as of yet but I feel good and making progress on lifts, up ten pounds in weight and I know im leaner

About two weeks into cycle, I noticed an increase in libido
I thought I could not be sure if its related to gear for a number of reasons

Now, its really bothering me
I began this as my first cycle with a commitment to use it to really gain some size and strength

Pussy is in my way

Last week I missed entire day at gym bc night before I was at a party and it got crazy with a couple girls....drank and fucked whole night, next day im worthless

tried to re-focus, turned off phone at night..been taking benedryll
but ive been fucking the ex like its the Apocalypse

Im texting her like: "come over now"

Today I'm training back... there is a petite redhead with a little pointy princess nose and perky little 20 something titties in the free weight area..

I can only think of fucking her
when she is done and leaves I should feel like ok, distraction gone...back to business

I finished my routine but I feel like it was taken down a notch and that pisses me off.

I know if this is something Im experiencing in 5th week, you vets can give some advice...

Im seriously considering pulling one off before the gym..is that stupid?
 
Only you can get your prioritys together bro... pussy is a dime a dozen and you only have this one life to live and one chance at your goals.
 
You can try rubbing one off. Personally I just use the sexual frustration to amp me up to train harder. Then nut one after when I get back from the gym or try to get some.

The alternate route which wouldn't be as feasible probably would be make your own home gym.
 
Welcome to increased test levels, fun isn't it. Go out bang pussy, but don't let it interfere. Use that energy in the gym, ladies like a guy who can work hard in the gym and take care of business AFTER.
I swear to god females can smell the increased testosterone, seems that way at least. So enjoy the ride but keep focused, if anything quit drinking on cycle that's hurting you. Everything else is fine
 
If you beat off before the gym you will definitely be more focused. Gotta get the poison out bro!

get that shit in the morning before work. Hell, show up at lunch a few days. Get some after work before the gym. Then a few more times after.
Now, this is gonna get old. So that's why you switch them out between blasts.
It works, you should try it.
 
Lower you test and stack with a different compound. Too much test makes me go wild too, I usually run it pretty low now and libido doesnt get in the way too much. Only have to cum twice a day now ;)

lately ive just been moving around at the gym, and at home ive been turning the phone off and taking some benedryl to fall asleep

Feels like its getting easier so maybe I'll get used to it and be able to handle it better
