You're a true beast. Shit with a little programming here you will hitting some bigger numbers.Im 6'2" around 290 lbs scale reads between 18% and 23% bf.
Fuck yeah. At that size and running a trt dose I believe. 500 will nothing with the proper programing and training.I think he's got a 500lb bench in him in the not too distant future.

Once he gets on a serious cycle, it's a wrap. Some people don't understand that this is a marathon. Even with gear.I think he's got a 500lb bench in him in the not too distant future.
500 the is big number bro for bench. If I could hit 455 at 214-225. I'd be like flies on shit.@Eman or @Ironlyfe80 definitely have the best shot at reaching a 500 bench before anyone else here that I know of.

What does your physically theraoy have you doing to keep you in the game?I am shooting for February to hit a +500 bench... I think once I get up around 470 or so, things are gonna change and get wacky. All the 500 benchers I know say the same thing, training methods you used up to that point just start stalling out. I am going to incorporate board presses to see if I can avoid it and keep progressing.
I'm going to be focusing more on deadlift and squat over the next few months... Physical therapist has me back to the point I can do both comfortably. We'll see how long that lasts.

Yeah that would be good to the hands closer. Tighter bigger lifts. I'm going start physical therapy.Mobility work primarily. Graston therapy as well.
What I'd really like to accomplish next is being able to grip the bar better during squats... I have extremely poor shoulder mobility. I have to grip the hubs of the bar pretty much. I'd feel better if I could get tighter and grip closer to my shoulders.
If I get too close it puts stress on my ulnar nerve and fucks my elbow up... No bench then.

I'm going to request a sports medicine doctor. My insurance covers just about everything, except chiropractors.I got lucky with my guy... I went to see a sports medicine orthopedic doctor and he said my knees looked good, but they didn't feel good. He said to go see the PT which basically works in the same office. He is excellent, he is very knowledgeable with what I'm trying to accomplish... I've been with PT's before that didn't know how to treat me.
Yeah, I've heard normal progression goes out the window at that level. More trial and error. I'll be happy with 425 this fall.

Last year I added floor presses and Strict OHP''. Worked wonders. If I've learned anything over the last few years it's that strength is not linear. Peaks and valleys....
It seems like board presses and floor presses are the common denominator for that stalled out area that everyone talks of... So I'm trying to get ahead of the curve.
That's awesome!!!I saw a chiropractor a few times, I'm going to go back again soon. My insurance covers him but only 20 appt per year and I think they need to pre-approve after I have gone 6 times.
