okay, I don't know what's going on. I had back surgery Oct 2013 and now have been training for a good 4 months, March 2015 - August 2015. Been trying very hard to get back to close to where I was, without the squats and deads. For some reason I cannot get that good "pop" feeling I once had. That means, not just feeling strong, but feeling like I have that tight good feeling. I fatigue early and hurt with that deep burn when doing anything. I thought it was just me coming back slowly, but I've been hitting Test E and Deca a lot and still have very little strength. Somebody out there please advise me.
 
Whats your dose of test, you sure its legit? By 4 months of training I would think that you would have a solid routine and back into the swing of things. Maybe youre just glorifying the way things used to be too much?
 
Yes, I'm living in the past and the past was so good. I'm taking 300 mg of a Test E and 300 mg Deca every five days. Is it legit? Do any of us know that answer?
 
My training is good. Doing high volume mostly, but periodically doing heavy 6-8 reps.
Doing some DENNIS JAMES technique. It's brutal.
