Need help

Right now i own a duplex and oneside of its empty.Would this be wise to set up has a place to have gear in quanity delivered there.Put that side in fake name like someone else is living there.
I live in another part of town from that piece of rental propety would this be better on my part to have goods sent there..

what happens when nobody is home and the neighbor just happens to be outside and talks to the postal worker or lets him know nobody lives there? SOme of them are very nosey bastards
