Need info and help...!

Hi!

I really need some info and help from experienced guys who knows alot about steroids etc.

Iam considering to test steroids for the first time, I think it would help me alot to get to another level in my sport (basketball). I am tall, 6"7(202cm) and my weight is 218lbs (99kg) have good technique, ballhandling and shot. But i am missing strenght and to be more explosive. I want to keep the weight i have now(maybe 5lbs more) but want my body to change and get alot bigger and stronger. I want bigger size on my upper body but my legs are pretty good but i need alot more strength in them. I dont really have that much bodyfat but there are some I want to get rid of :D . Our season is ending soon than i am going to start lift real intense. My goal is to have a nice result until October though next season starts. And then under season I will lift 2-3 times a week.

Ideas? ;D I hope u have some..

I talked with some guys about it and they told me that Sustanon will be good (injectible).

How much?
How many weeks?
How much HCG (pregnyl) do I need after, to get my testosterone stabilizet again?
I am i going to get alot stronger?
I am i going to get alot bigger?
I am i going to get fat?
Whats the best thing to do to loose bodyfat after the cykle?
I am i aloud to practise basketball meanwhile i am takeing it?
Or just shoot around and jogging?
Is it dangerous with a dose 250mg/week??
Is it going to affect my life in the future if i just do it once to get a "base"??

WOW with that amount of questions you need to hang on the board awhile so you can begin to understand what these products are and how they will affect your body. It will do you no good to take them if you dont understand how they work.
After you hang for awhile you can begin to design a cycle for your needs.
 
Wow is exactly what I was going to say. You need lots and lots of information. You can find all the answers here, however the answers you ask would take days to write up and you still wouldn't have everything you need to know to start using AAS. Read, read and read some more bro. You need some time to learn all the aspects. You are doing the right thing by educating yourself, and that I do aplaud you for. But for now while you are learning about AAS. Get your training routine in place. And most important your diet and eating patterns. Again this is a great place to to that. The training fourm is a great place to start. Good luck.

Ok... I understand. Ofcourse I want to know what i am doing... before i take AAS..what does AAS stand for? .. If it was AS i could understand Anabolic Steroids but... ;) Than I am going to do some reading here... Are there anybody of u that have taken Sustanon a...??

I was just starting to read and there it was.. ----> anabolic/androgenic steroids (AAS) .... :D
 
It is very common for novice or beginning users to hop on the sustanon band wagon. I see this often and they dont understand that this multi ester compound is actually an advanced steroid.

For novice users, in my opinion, I always suggest a single ester steroid like Enanthate or Cyponiate. These test steroids keep more constant levels of test in your plasma thus less side affects and more gains.

With spikes in your system from wrong sustanon usage you will have difficulty reaching the proper saturation phase and leveling of test. Actually, you never level off with administration at once a week. There is a steroid called propionate that is a shorter of the 4 esters and is out in 3 days. So with this in mind dman do not listen to your friends and do some research yourself.

Do a single ester steroid like mentioned above. This way you can inject once a week and keep levels of test constant. That is the main point of a cycle to keep consistant levels and reach the saturation phase, thus less side affects and proper gains in muscularity.

Sustanon is meant to be taken every day or every other day. For your first cycle I would recommend 500mg of test a week for 10-12 weeks. HCG is not the proper post cycle therapy for this so I would recommend clomid and nolvadex.

If youre worried about weight gain take nolv at 10mg daily then up to 20mg through out PCT. Take clomid 2 weeks after last week of test administration. Clomid should be done for 21 days like this. 300mg on day 1; then use 100mg for the next 10 days; followed by 50mg for 10 days.

Also, at your height I would get a physical. Make sure you have no heart problems. Dieting is key here also for weight gain or proper muscle growth. You are what you eat.

During this cycle you may feel fast or hard pounding of the heart. This is the hormones inducing the heart rate from the test. Means it is working. Your system has its own natural ability to adapt and level off so this affect should be temporary. If you have heart problems, which tall basketball players do, this may be a risk.

Alot of information at one time .. and If u are a newbie ;) its hard to understand some phrases and explanations ..... But I understood that u dont think its good to take Sustanon...and I need to visit a doctor for a physical test.. I will do that...

If i take a single ester steroid do I need a post cycle therapy after that?? Can u give me some names of single ester sterioids? ..

For a single ester steroid take Test Enanthate at 500mg once a week for 12 weeks. Yes you will need post cycle therapy. In my post I suggest clomid and how to take it. Also nolvadex.

so i will use the same post cycle therapy that u suggested with sustanon? are 500mg /week alot?.. or can i take a smaller dosage? or maybe its normail..

I'll jump in here one more time and link you to some information obout esters, cycle planning and a bunch of stuff you should read and find usefull. It will take you days to read all the articles, but if you do you will have a good base of knowledge. By the way how old are you? you didn't mention that in your first post.

just my opinion bro, but it sounds like you are really raw when it comes to the AAS lifestyle. (It is a lifestyle) My advice for you would be to get yourself some creatine and protein for now and change your workouts to build what it is you are wanting. Do alot of research, on this site, on other sites, do web searches, etc.... that is the best way. Then if you decide that AAS is what you want, then start small and work your way up. If you are just wanting 5 lbs and a little bigger body and more expolosiveness, this can be acheived without AAS, just take longer. best of luck bro. if you need any specific advice, feel free to email myself or any of the other guys here, they are all knowledgeable and you will get many different takes on the subject.

Ive read som articles and learned something imediatley... Iam 20-years old.. do u thnik its to early to take steroids?.. maybe my body is still growing..?!?
 
Yes bro I do think it is too early for you. You can make great progress with the right training split and protein intake, gains you will keep all of. Gains made using AAS are often difficult and often impossible to keep long term with out the continued use of some AAS, like the brother said it is a AAS lifestyle. You don't need to take any drugs to be part of the body building lifestyle and iron game, or to look good. Take a look at Natural Body Building Magazine, there are plenty of impressive bros there. Take advantage of your naturally high hormone levels first to add some base. Training, rest and food intake are the cornerstone of BBing, not drugs. I think they should only be used to get past some natural plateau at some point if you can't live with where you are at naturally. Continue your education, that is a good idea.

I would like to work my way up naturally ..but It takes a long time my friend. And with AAS it takes shorter s i dont know .. maybe!! Well see what iam going to do..maybe in the future.. Ill read some more about it...but its kind a hard to get over here too... in my country...thanks guys..

Hey guys!

thanks agin for ur advices...Ive been reading alot of the articles here and been reading... other post ..etc... I didnt get the answer if i am to young to ta AAS. iam 20 going on to 21... my plan is to do a 7-8 week Test Enanthate with Clomid as PCT... i dont really know how much ..mg/week... ive thought about 400... can some guys of u give me some advice of a cycle with Test Enanthate and Clomid. Iam just going to do I cycle to get a good base ... I dont have the time to work my way up naturally.. :( ... when i was reading i didnt really get the answer if its dangerous to practise running and get a high pulse when u take AAS... Is it Ok to practise normally after ur cycle..as runnig, jumping .. ?!?

yoour missing the biggest danger though...i honestly dont think you have enough base to use gear if you wanna be athletic(run,jump)...gear will give you a big strength boost on your lifting...im talking 40-80 lbs on your bench gained in 8-10 weeks for a first cycle...this sudden jump will put a strain of your joints and connective tissue....active athleic work like basketball, hockey, will make the situation worse...Ive seen some good friends that have gotten some nasty injuries this way...

I understand you..but iam going to do this "of season" .. just going to shoot around a little bit barely run at all...so! ??

YES.........Its too early. At 6'7" 218lbs you can put on 10lbs of muscle naturally EASY.
I would wait till your 23-24 before you start. You got alot of good advise above but I would wait your still growing. Start putting away some major calories but make it good clean food. If your a b-ball player you'll burn it up so put down some cals.
4000 cals min. 30/50/20 pro. carb. fat is a good ratio for your energy needs.......11

Ok Ill skipp the AAS and try to do it naturally...In 8months i will practise weights 4-5 times a week... and well see my result... somebody who recommends creatin or good proteins? 1 year ago i was 91kg and had 10,18% bodyfat..now iam 99kg but i havent met my bodyfat .. so!?..
