Need Info

Hello all it's been awhile since I have been on, I need to see if I can get some information any feed back would be grate... My question, Is chromate and chromium picolinate one in the same or two diffrent supplements? If they are not where would I be able to get a chromate suppliment?

Try doing a search on the bodybuilding.com site (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbmainsupp.htm). I've heard of people using Chromium Picolinate for weight loss but have never heard of chromate before...hope this is of some help.
btw: I believe that they are two different supplements.
