Alright currently Im 5'7" 19yrs old, Training about 10 months, 185lbs about 10% bodyfat and am taking AAS Test E 750mg/wk and Deca 600mg/wk. My gains have been slowing as far as size and weight go but my strength is steadly increasing. if anyone could give me some advice, maybe I am over training or just need a new workout.

S chest and tri's
M back and bi's
T Legs and Delts
W Chest and Tri's
Th Back and bi's
F Misc (Traps, forearms,etc)
Sa OFF

Im not really into BIG legs mine fit by body very nicely as it is but I still work them to keep them big and help my upperbody grow. my shoulders are naturally HUGE so they dwarf my chest so I hit them kinda light. Chest is hit very hard as are Tri's and Bi's.

Arms 16.5 inches flexed
Chest 43 inches flexed

These are the main body parts I would like to see grow a little more, My arms are vary big for my body along with the shoulders they look huge. I know my workout is no where near perfect and I should focus on Legs and Back more but everyone has different goals,

Any Help would be greatly appreciated,

no offense man, but alot of others are going to say the same thing. You have plenty of space for more gains at 185lbs and only 19 years old, naturally. but sounds like you're already well into a cycle. So anyway, could you post your workout plan? you wrote the days and what parts but 'im interested to see what exercises, how many sets of each exercises, what rep range you're working with, and calories consumed each day? I'm sure there's plenty of room for improvement in these areas, as are with my current situation. I have a very similiar post open called "workout plan critique" also hoping for more insite. Well let me know what's going on with those things and i'll tell you what I think.
