Need some advice ASAP

Hiya guys new to the thread, always been a skinny guy and never really been a fan of it. Iv been going to the gym for about a year and a half and cant feel or see any gains :( my diet is healthy and still no results. I know i have a fast metabolism and i am 6"2.

I found a stack which contained Dianabol and Nolvadax and contains an 8 week programe. 30mg D-bol every day for 6 weeks with 20mg Nolvadax for the whole 8 weeks every day. It does say to take liv-52 daily or a good milk thistle.

But alot of people are saying take the Nolvadax just as a PCT?

Can yu guys help me out alittle?

And has anybody got any D-bol results in picture form. Would like to know :)

Hello. New to the thread as well but recommend you stepping up your diet before starting doing any AAS. If you can't gain naturally why do you think you will keep the gains made while on AAS? If you have a fast metabolism, eat more! I am assuming this being a get big fast type of a cycle. Continual cycling probably isn't in your plans from the sounds of it? If it is, let me introduce you to Syringe, loaded with testosterone ;)
 
Dbol is not going to make you grow if you're not eating enough. Nothing can do that. If you're not gaining weight you're not eating enough. Dbol can speed up your progress, but If your progress is zero, twice as fast is still 0.

If you do decide to go that route, you should know that nolva is entirely non-effective as a pct. Clomid on the other hand works like a charm.
 
Like what the others said, eat more. If you can't gain anything naturally, you won't with steroids.
Here's some tips. EAT! Eat until you're full, and then keep eating. Track your calories if you have to and make sure you get like 3500+ daily. Who cares if you gain a little fat. Consider re-evaluating your training. I found I was lifting too much weight with poor technique, but since I fixed that, I have been making gains like crazy and people have been complimenting me. Drink at least a gallon of water a day and sleep a solid 8 hours.
After you master the above mentioned, then you can start thinking about AAS, but DO YOUR HOMEWORK (months of researching, cycles, pct, etc) on them because it is not something to be taken lightly because they can and will mess you up if you're irresponsible with them.
Having said that, Dbol for 6 weeks will give you strength gains, and any extra muscle from the strength, but nothing significant, a couple pounds maybe?
But, like stated earlier, if you can't make gains naturally don't touch gear.
 
A Dbol cycle only is a complete waste of time in my opinion. You will put on weight yes, but most of it will be water and you will loose it all at the end of cycle, along with putting undue stress on the liver. The base of any good cycle is test. In addition if you take dbol and just nolva with no ai you will bloat tremendously. Dbol does have its place when run as a kickstart for a max of 4 weeks. I seriously hope that you reconsider.

Sworder said it best... If we could wake up pop a few Dbol and look good the entire world would b doing it u no. Dbol would assist u. and 2 answer ur question a little more,, taking Nolva daily will help Maximize the effects of the Dbol while keeping overall Estrogen in Chk... also the gains u keep from dbol r quite minimal. The general idea is to put on 2-3 quality lb a wk and keep ur gains. Slow and steady gains. Putting on 15-25 lb over 2mo can b done but unless u plain 2 HRT - TRT - AAS on a regular basis ::::::::: etc...

This is an absolutely untrue starement! Nolva is an important part of PCT. Nolva/Clomid work in tandem in pct . Clomid blocks estrogen at the pituitary causing your body to produce more luteinizing hormone which in turn causes the testes to produce more testosterone. Nolvadex stimulates luteinizing hormone production and follicle stimulating hormone which initiates testosterone and sperm production while also blocking estrogen in the breast tissue. As you can see both are important and play there role in a quality pct.

I made some nice gains on a Tren A only cycle about 13-14yrs ago. I'm not against a d-bol only cycle.
As far as bloat and d-bol, I've found that diet is the biggest key in keeping it down.
D-bol+clean diet +adex=bloat free gains.

This flake made one post last month and then nothing,,,.maybe he took up spinning?

Diet is key, you are correct but even with a clean diet water will still be there heavily with dbol, thats why they call it a wet bulk. As an experienced guy nor would I think you would want to encourage a young guy to beat his liver to death with a c-17 alkali for 8 weeks. All in all just a bad cycle.
