Need some expert diagnosis on this problem

Much appreciated brochacho. I'll pass on the info.

I’ve seen this on several occasions esp when “quads” were the pinned and believe there are several possibilities

1) “Crashing” although possible would be an UNUSUAL cause bc body temp exceeds room temp by 20-30 degrees F

2) An osmotic gradient?

If an AAS is injected into a fascial plane it can follow a course of lower resistance and “track” downward absorbing water along with it

3) infections ? must always be considered esp when the “redness” follows the involved body part lymphatic course

To that end a precise cause is best determined on a case by case basis

Agreed that about 90% of all PIP-related issues seem to involve quads. I have generally avoided them my whole pinning career, minus a 1cc injection or less here and there.

Sustanon is painful. I was paralyzed for two weeks the first time I used sustanon in my quads, could barely walk. Sustanon should always be injectable in glutes. The propionate ester in it is to blame. Test prop is the most painful after winstrol

Whether you believe it or not this statement is true

Just saying

Hmm which ONE is true.

I ask bc next to none of Non-Expert’s posts are evidence based and THIS is no exception.

"Paralyzed for 2 weeks" is my personal favorite. Imagine, just for a moment, being paralyzed for 2 weeks from a bad steroid injection... Not once going to the hospital, needing any sort of medical intervention in any way, etc... Hmmmm

Paralysis does have “benefits” cha know. Others must provide bedside service like food, water
and must also wipe up the end product mess.

Sorry the latter is wo pleasureful benefit bc “paralyzed” folk can’t feel squat.

I mean, it's clear this Ecpert guy knows his shit, Jim.... He's cycled every PED, he's had every good and bad experience in the book... Frankly, I wish Millard would hand over the reigns and let Ecpert write columns, or a bible in other words, that we can all follow. Why do we try and expand our knowledge, when he already knows everything there is to know?

Lol, I should have quoted him note carefully.

I meant...sustason is a painful compound. Especially with the propionate ester. I wouldn't do sustason...specially in the quads

Sorry for the confusion

Yea @Millard Baker could begin a new column called @EcpertRealistic stickies, imagine how such colorful dramatization would effect “memberships” lol

Other factors such as the level of expertise, injection site, volume, etc aside perhaps the primary difference is manufacturer/s bc I’ve used Pharma Sustanon and Test-C for TRT and have not noted a significant difference in PIP complaints bt the two.

However I must admit, I have yet to review my records or the literature for reports of “Sustanon related PARALYSIS” :)

Ive reheated crashed gear on my glass stove top on med heat before. Takes about 5 min. The bonus to reheating it is if there is some bacteria in it, heat it long enough and you will kill it.

I heard something similar to this explanation from a nurse friend before. It was going to be my guess you but you stated it much more elaborately than I would have.

I can't believe you have advised people to run nolva along Arimidex smh:eek:

You are a scam,

a doctor should know the drug interactions before giving adviceo_O

And you are a mental misfit, run along now and play under an interstate bridge where you belong, lol!

It's weird I just saw this and @Dr JIM you mentioned it tracking and collecting water. First time I did a Sustanon injection in my life was a 23g 11/2 needle with 2cc of Sustanon and it fucked up my leg. Funny thing is it drained down the quad to the knee where it was swollen there. Similar thing?
Also yesterday I did a delt injection and it caused a small hard knot under the skin. Like it was between the fat layer and muscle. I used a 5/8 27g but I didn't push in hard like I normally do so it didn't go as deep. Is it safe to say the same thing kinda happened? Its not red on my delt but it is very sore and lump is still there.
