hey guys i need some serious help here.. im looking to change my routine and i have read up on all of the following..

Doggcrap
5x5
DFHT

they all seems like very good programs with alot of logic to back each of them up..
so thats wheremy prob is i have to pick on. so im asking ppl who have done some of these what they think? say for example they noticed they bulked up more on a certain program and cut up more on another?

Doggcrap to mee seems like a bulking method.

please let me know i could really use some good advice..

4day split?
what do u mean??? im asking what one of the above worked well for u ? im going to do one of the training programs?

I've done both the 5x5 and DFHT. 5x5 will get you REAL stong in a relatively short period of time. If you want to get big and really strong, just eat more. If you want to tone up, watch your diet and add some cardio on off days. This program uses all the important compound movements. As an added bonus, I use weighted dips on days one and three for triceps. I've been using the 5x5 religously since November. After deloading once, I went to DFHT. Now I'm back on 5x5 and plan to stay there indefinitely for loading and deloading phases. Pound for pound I'm stronger now than I've ever been in my whole life. No gear at this time.
DFHT will knock your d_ck in the dirt if you aren't used to training with intensity. DFHT compared to 5x5? I'd say DFHT hits the hammies and shoulders a bit more.
Personally, I'm stuck on the 5x5, I love it. Nothing like all those rows, deadlifts and squats to grow HUGE forearms and back. If you use 5x5, don't forget to get a dipping belt so you can limit your chins to the required reps. This is real important when deloading.
