Would like some ideas on food in general.
Im not on a cycle just lifting.
And i already Eat chicken, tuna, oatmeal, fish, whey protine, eggs, fruit, just about everything talked about here in the post with the exception of veggies, ive never been able to hold them down unless there cooked like in soup or stew with the potato being the only exception and eat 6 times a day.
What im wanting to know is when the wife cooks chili for dinner
should i turn my nose up or would it be ok to eat? She uses red beens
ground beef tomato sause well you get the point. What about sandwich bread , soup, ECT?
For example would refried beens, or tacos be ok. Should i run from mac and cheese? Dont get me wrong im not wanting
to eat unhealthy i would like to have some kind of idea of what kinds of everyday food a person could eat without feeling that there going to gain 5 lbs of pure fat before they wake in the morning.
The food i listed at the top is great but a person can only eat so much
canned tuna and the chicken breast is about to put me in the poor house. Also i work 10 hrs a day 5 days a week and work a second job on sat so i dont have time to make meals from recipes and with a family of 5 its almost like i have to shop two times once for them and once for me. So if anybody could help it would be great.
Oh ya" the whole thing of so much protine and carbs and fats in a day. How is that figured out?
For example if i eat some steak/baked potato and fruit how do i figure out the amount of what each nutrient im getting?
