Hey guys love this board and the guys here. Just wanted to say if your pop is still around and you have a good relationship. Tell him you love him. Ive spent since sunday in ICU with my father. He had a heartattack Sunday while we were talking and died once on me I preformed cpr and then he coded 2 more times on the table in the Er. I know this is a steriod forum but you guys are my people and I find more people here i can relate to on our lifestyle choices. Just wanted to say this has been the roughest time of my life to date. Love all,stay safe and lift smart.

Sorry to hear about all ur going thru. Sometimes I feel like it's harder dealing with these situations because as men we try to fix things and here ur almost powerless as ur forced to sit on the sidelines and wait for the doctors or medicines to do their job. If that makes sense. Thankfully u were there when it first struck cuz U SAVED HIS LIFE! U, ur pop, n family are in our thoughts/prayers/wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

Ive always thought funerals were a little stupid, you go there and talk about how great this person was. Its to honor them, but theyre gone. It would mean a lot more if people said this stuff while they were alive.

Tomorrow is one of those things that we always take for granted. Need to start doing more of those things TODAY.

Every time I talk to dad I tell him I love him. He's never been a sensitive kind of guy and maybe he doesn't appreciate it, but I don't care, it makes me feel good

Thanks guys, nothing preparea you for your dad to have a heartattack and quit breathing in your arms. Everything stops. It feels like its been weeks and its only been 2 days. Im still in shock

Your in my prayers brother. I lost my dad when I was 12 years old I remember being in the icu sitting with him daily like it was yesterday. Just remember we all are reunited on day in a much better place.

Best wishes to your dad! I lost my dad at 17 from cancer. I told him that I loved him about 2min before he passed. I still think of that sometimes and it makes me feel better.

Hey brother I lost my dad unexpectedly this June as well. It's been a rough couple months and I understand what you're going through. I try to think of how my father wouldn't want me to be sitting around being lazy and depressed. Stay strong buddy
