I'm getting ready for a show taking place may 29, so now we are damn close.

We I decided to take part in that show it was the beginning of February, i was off cycle since 10 weeks, not a lot. I got a very thin (and weak) frame, I started lifting when I was 15 (now I'm 34) and juicing at 31. I'ts gonna be my second contest, first one was 4 years ago totally natural (not even clen...).

In the mid feb i started my cycle structured as follow (15 weeks total):
500 mg sust weeks 1-12 (I ran out of prop so to avoid water retention I prefer to have my last shot 3 weeks before the show)
500 mg weeks 1-13 (to be correct my last shot will be 12 days prior to show)
45 mg D-bol ED week 10-13
300 mg primo depot weeks 8-14
50 Winny depot EOD weeks 8-12
50 Winny Depot ED weeks 13-15
3.3 UI HGH daily (wake up every night to have the shot on empty stomach, at least 3 hours after my last meal, due to liver interference)

I also went on DNP, 7 days at 200mg, another 7 and 400, and I've never felt so tired, willing to do nothing, working out was the worst thing i could ever imagine, but i kept working out anyway. My last pill of DNP was taken 3 days ago.

When I started my stats were 6.00 215 lbs 7% bf and almost no water retention. Since then I started eating very clean, (rice and meat with no salt, nothing but that) and I got ripped pretty fast.

rice 2 onces a day (I'm afraid I went too low with carbs)
meat (chicken or beef) 18 onces a day
Protein Powders 6 onces a day with 1/3 of a gallon of low fat milk
1 protein bar (just to feed the greedy chocolate that lover there is me...)
No room for anything else, very stricht and determinated on dieting.

Now I'm down to 200 (limit up of my category 197) but, even if i look much more ripped, i see that I'm still too smooth and especially my legs are not willing to show and vascular sign, and even, worse, I don't really see any improvements in the last couple of weeks. I feel like the DNP with a very low carbo diet and a lot of cardio dried and emptied my muscles.

Yesterday i tried to charge the carbo up, and in the meanwhile I'm waiting to see if the mentioned water retention given by DNP, if any, will go away.

I'm training 5 days a week (body split into 4 sessions) plus 30 minutes cardio at the end of every workout plus one additional day dedicated just to cardio (60 minutes).

I know i would be nice to have 45 mins of cardio just after waking up on empty stomach, really hard to do according to my job.

Probably there is something that i'm not doing properly or even completely wrong, any input Bros...?
 
I can handle the cheering up part... Got any pictures? You sure got it down from where I sit as a newbie, but that part right there, losing weight and looking flat, I think that's the hardest part of BB life. Lifting, juicing, eating, all positive. Diet, losing, but keeping the muscles inflated, that's rough.

Don't let your mind be taken down by what your body is doing, bro. Your mind sets the course, your body responds how it's going to respond, and this is just another contest, and you will live a lot longer and be even wiser next year.

You are working like a dog at this, you are doing what is right, and now you are in the final stretch and getting worn out by what YOU feel is failure.

No one is a good judge of thier own physique... Seriously... My buddy Andy is 5' 9'' and weighs 330 lbs. He benches 810, and he WEARS A BIG WHITE WOOLY SWEATER some days, BECAUSE HE FEELS SMALL!!!!

Just trying to let you know this isn't about one contest, it's all about you, my man. Your struggle is noble!

Bro if you could post pics that would help a bunch, the only thing I can think of is uping the carbs a bit (possibly right after your workouts), and maybe that will give you a fuller look. As for the vascularity in your legs it could just be genetic. I mean some guys just look more vascular than others.

When was the last time you took a few days off?

As you know the DNP has your body "masked" extra water and deflated muscles. Give that a few more days to resolve itself.

The dbol has you looking smooth as well.
Drop that AT LEAST two weeks before. I'd also suggest putting the winny at 100mg ED for these last weeks.

A couple of weeks ago I stayed out of the gym (initially inadvertently) for 5 days. I also ate what ever I wanted. I had just gotten done with some DNP and was at the end of my cycle........well bro.......after two short but HIGH intensity low volume workouts I looked leaner and fuller than ever. ANABOLIC REBOUND is no myth.

With your contest coming so close I can't suggest going on a binge for 5 days BUT.........perhaps a couple days of absolute rest and a refeed might be in order?

There are many fella's with more knowledge than myself here to help you fine tune, but even I can see that you are all over it..........a few tweaks here and there over the next couple weeks and you should be tight.

Associate the event with positives, not negatives. Think of it as a fun experience and not a contest. You have to go into the show with a real strong state of mind bro! :)

I agree with everyone on this. Also, you'll fill out a good bit right before the show if you carb up. Drink LOTS of water until about 2 days out then cut it completely, a few sips through out the day is ok but really keep it low. This will make you drop any excess water you might be holding. Also, try and really tighten your skin to show more striations. This sounds crazy but cover your self in Preparation H and lay in a tanning bed for 10 minutes. See how you look after you'll be amazed at how tight you look.

Pretty close to Milan, in Novara. It's a Gran Prix and if I'm in the first three places I'll be in the Nat'l Championship.

Preparation H? Do I have to do it just before the show or 1 or 2 days before it's fine?

BTW the protocol I have to follow it's: zero carbs on sun mon tue, working out a lot and a lot of cardio, carb up wed thu and fri, not working out, show on sat, diuretic in the last few days once sust and equi have gone. I'm already on zero salt since 1 month.

Preparastion H, sounds weird, but can't wait to try it...

The day before yesterday I took a day off and I went home at 6 pm, ate and slept till 10. I ate again some extra carbs and meat and then at around midnight back to bed again. During the day at work I was walking like a zombie, working out was a nonsense. And working out while on DNP was very hard, sometimes one may think that the more you do sacrifices the more you get results, really looking forward to seeing what I'm gonna look like in the last week after the charge with no workout.

Uhhmm, I'll look for someone to shot me some picture so I can ask you bros better.
