Nees help on making a homemade mass gainer I can keep in the fridge.

So what it is I love to meal prep all my food on my days off.

However I am having a rough time on trying to make a homemade mass gainer I can keep in the fridge that won't curdle up.

Anyone know how I can do this? As I want to prep mass gainers I can put all in the fridge with my prepped food.

I dump all my powders into my bottle everyday, takes a couple minutes add water and shake. Grab some fruit off the counter and go. Has worked for me for decades. Not sure what you have been mixing up.

I'm mixing almond milk, egg whites, chocolate oats, and peanut butter and when kept in the fridge I wake up next day with it all curdled.

And if you mix it again?
That is not anything i would make to store long term. anything like that would be done every day. And i spent 28 years prepping all my work food on Sundays for the whole week.

Can you actually make anything that can be kept in the fridge that won't curdle up though?

I didn't think that would and the only explanation I can come up with is perhaps the chocolate oats and maybe if I used normal oats it won't curdle up?

I have never tried to keep anything in the frig like you do and can't say i have ever heard about anyone that has.
I can see where the egg whites could congeal with the other things..
So you haven't tried to shake it all up again.
I am sure it has not gone bad over night.
And depending on how much solids you added to the solution things separating or just congealing to a gelatinous mass can happen given time.

We don't talk about that stuff or training here. Only about drugs we can inject

On as serious note.

Milk and cereal ftw

Are you using a blender? With a lot of solids and fats, it's gonna be thick, but with enough fluid, should still be kinda liquid. Otherwise maybe keep it in the blender in the fridge, and blend it again in the morning.

Or just get into the habit of doing from scratch it every morning. With those basic ingredients, it's not terribly inconvenient (unless the oats need to be soaked, in which case you can still do that in advance).

Yeah I'm using a blender. It just ends up curdling for some reason.

Will just have to make it from scratch from now on lol.
