Neewbiest's first cycle log

Figure I would do a first cycle log since this is my first ever cycle and always looking for opinions from experienced guys, and also it will give me a place to just talk about and track my progress on gear as I don't know anyone around me that runs anything. So, here's my stats and what I'm running:

38 yo
6'2" tall
168lbs
One year consistent training (I have trained on and off for years, but decided to get serious last year). Finished up a natty cut from 205 and currently starting to bulk.

Gear I started this morning:
@StanfordPharma Test Cyp 300mg, NPP 200mg, both split eod M/W/F/S for 12 weeks. Each pin is. 75mgTC and 50mgNPP. I choose to run NPP along with the Test for my first cycle if for nothing else but the joint benefits. I have bad knees, elbows, and lower back issues from extreme sports.

I got some pre-cycle bloods back on Monday so I have baselines to work with after 12 weeks. I'll attach the results.
I've been on 100mg a week of Test Cyp for TRT by my endo for a little while now, so I'll be basically cruising after each cycle and shouldn't need a pct plan. I do also have exemstane on hand should I need it. Estradiol levels are right around 30pg/mL currently.

I believe my training is on point as I'm doing a 5 day split with rest/recovery days built in. I also track my withouts and my weight daily. Diet and nutrition are also on point as I count all my calories and track my macros daily. For this bulking cycle I'm currently consuming 3200-3500 calories with macros as follows, protein at 255g, carbs at 430g, and fats at 85g daily on average.

So that's it in a nut shell. I pinned my first round of gear this morning. I wanted to start Monday but was getting over being sick and wanted to be 100% before starting, so I had to wait a couple extra days.

I'll be updating this probably only weekly or so to start and also be getting mid cycle bloods. There ya have it, you can let me know if any criticism or advice you have. I appreciate all feedback.

Looks good, liking that cycle and smart starting with those doses. Based off what you’ve done natty and your diet, you should make some great gains

Just remember to check your lipids and CMP next time.

What trt dose? 100/wk?

I've been on 100mg/mL once a week for TRT by my endo. That at least brought my levels up to 485ng/dL from 200ng/dL. As far as blood work I just took advantage of what the Doc ordered so I didn't have to pay for it. When I do my mid-cycle bloods I'll order one from private labs and get all of the necessary levels checked including the sensitive essay for estrogen levels. I did a ton of reading and question asking on this forum before deciding to go with what I did. I got a ton of feedback, mostly good with going conservative. I did get a few answers telling me to go with "750mg of Test, 200mg of tren, and dbol per week" to start which I was like fuck no!!! Besides I'm scared of Tren Whether it's E, A or otherwise! I read a lot of posts on other forums and watched some videos that guys regretted going with such high test volumes for their first cycles, and if they could do it again they'd go much lower.

What're your goals for your physique? And do you want to compete?

Gotcha. Just wanted to make sure you weren’t taking more than 100/wk just to get your levels in the mid 400’s.

Given that you’re on TRT, I’d keep an eye on your progress especially around weeks 7-9 and if it stalls (and diet and training are still on point), bumping your test dose up another 100 may be all you need to finish your cycle strong so to speak.

Be careful, make sure your doctor/insurance aren't seeing your on cycle bloods; if Obama Care is ever repealed you're fucked.
 
Coming from the super intelligent guy getting on cycle bloods from his Endo lol.

Maybe you should learn to read you dumb shit. Those were pre-cycle bloods dick wad. And since I only get bloods from my endo every six months, I'll be ordering my own mid-cycle bloods through private labs. That gives me almost 12 more weeks for my levels baseline back out before I get Endo order blood work again after my 12 week cycle. Stay outta my thread you scamming whore!
 
OK after laying low for a few days because of all this crazy lame hacker shit I'll finally be posting on my log. I got locked out of my account sort of from the Damn DdOs attacks and couldn't receive the 2FA verification code through email from the site, therefore couldn't log in for 4 days. Finally I believe Millard worked through the problem and I was able to gain access again this afternoon. I'll be posting my workout 5 day split, supplements, and how things are going so far probably tomorrow at some point. This Wednesday will mark the start of week #3 for the cycle. So far so good with no real major sign of any sides that I've been able to tell.
 
lol OK so I'm a few days behind my log...OK maybe more than a few days. I'm sure a lot of you know the chaos of having an 11 month old baby. On top of that still fighting the daycare sickness the little one brought home, works been ridiculously busy, and night before last my gas got shut off by the gas company due the line between the meter and my house springing a pretty significant leak. That ones gonna cost me between $5-$7 grand to get fixed, due to the length and that it runs under my concrete driveway. So anyway here's the update to my log:

With all the crazyness at home I've still managed to stay totally on point with my diet training for this bulk cycle. My macros are as follows on average everyday:

Calories 3400
Fat 95g
Protein 250g
Carbs 450g

Besides my gear I only supplement some protein and take creatine mono. I haven't really experienced any sides up to this point pinning 400mg Test Cyp and 300mg NPP a week. This Wednesday will mark the start of week 4. Was wonder if I should increase the NPP to 400mg week or not yet, as well as the Test to 500mg. Any advice on that is appreciated. I'll be getting bloods in 2 weeks as it will mark the mid point of this 12 week cycle.

Below is my training M/W/F/S/S. I'm not a big super strong guy by any means, but have been getting stronger over the last 10 months even when cutting I got some strength gains but nothing like the last 3 weeks. Over the last two weeks I've had a 10lbs+ strength gain on most of my lifts.

I would probably up the test to 500 in my opinion. I ran my entire first cycle at 500mg test e and had great results with minimal sides. As for the NPP I haven’t ran it so not much help there.
 
Today's leg/ab day was a good one. Made some strength gains from last week as noted below. This being my first cycle I'm not sure if it's the gear, cause I'm eating plenty and eating well, or a combination of the two that I'm making good Strength gains each week. But I've been feeling great during sessions at the gym.
