lol Negative! I know some guys say they have some ED issues when running Nandrolones but I didn't seem to experience any. If anything, especially mid-cycle, my wife got very annoyed with me constantly propositioning her for sex!

Oh also I did m/w/f/s repeat. So I was pinning back 2 back day on Sunday and Monday.

I was going to delete my post and send him a PM, but it was too late and I couldn't delete it. At least I gave him the heads up in one way or another.
 
Hate to bump this, but I feel like something has to be said about your training program, if you can even call it a program. You took steroids for 12 weeks, and your squat went up by 20lbs, and your deadlift went up by 25lbs? That's something a natural could've done in 4 weeks or less. You need to seriously reevaluate how you train, and put more of an emphasis on frequency, and compound lifts, rather than the repetitive waste of time I see you doing. Like 6 variations of biceps/triceps and 5 more just for lat pulldowns? You were consistently going to failure with waste of time movements like curl machines, taxing your CNS, when that energy could've been spent increasing your strength on the compounds, which are the movements that make your entire body grow. Please learn more about how muscle is made before taking another round of steroids.

I noticed this as well. The OP is 6'2" 168lbs...that's really thin. Personally, I would have focused on proper training and nutrition to build up some mass before starting cycle.

I'm only here to gain as much knowledge as possible. Not looking to get tore down but can 100% take constructive criticism. What program do you think I should follow @c_natty ? Should it be more of a split like the one below? Open for suggestions.

@Neewbiest guy, i mentioned early on in your thread I felt your program was out of touch. Sworder swooped in and told you that you do you. So at least if anything you will have learned from this.

Any program that keeps you interested and gaining is worth it. I prefer running John Meadows PPL programs when running BB programs. Reading @c_natty comment and the time he took to figure out your progress, he is right. You need to develop a base off the compound movements, bench, squat, deadlift, over head press. One program I loved when I started was Layne Nortons PHAT program built some size and made some strength gains. Now I am running a powerlifting program, 531 but am currently only working on strength

Yep you're right I remember that now. Wishing at this point I had paid closer attention. Definitely a learning experience. I don't feel like it was a total loss but apparently far from what it could of been. I'm going to take a new program for the next 12 weeks working the compound movements in upper/lower body split and focus on more frequency as @c_natty suggested.

Its not a total loss because you did learn something...really focus on the compound movements and perfecting them. Build the base to build off of. Honestly my thoughts start with 5x5 which is very basic but effective in the beginning or PHAT. PHAT is upper body power, lower body power, day off, upper body hypertrophy, lower body hypertrophy, arm hypertrophy, day off then repeat. The best of both worlds IMO
