Would hate to see people taking advantage of the better sources on here. Shit goes both ways, community should protect users from bad sources and sources from bad users.I’m assuming he provided photo/video proof showing the hair in the vials, right?
Either way, credit where it’s due, refunding the full order is the right move on your end.
That said, asking for a refund on the entire order when only 2 out of 5 vials were affected is… interesting. Hopefully the customer can post here and share the photos/videos so everyone can see exactly what was found. Transparency would help clear things up pretty quickly.
Also, just thinking out loud here, AI is doing some scary things these days, and adding a tiny detail like a single hair is probably the easiest trick in the book. Purely a thought experiment, nothing more.
Im not saying that this is that situation. It just got me thinking.
