Never Sore

In my current lifting routine I'm doing low reps of high weight for bulking. This time around, no matter how many sets I do or how hard I max out, I am never sore the next day. Because of this I keep upping my sets and reducing my rest days but I am wondering what's up....pretty soon I'll be doing sets all day every day!

My question is this: what does that say, if anything, about my routine? Is my body just not producing cortisol right now or something?

It means nothing and that you need to go back to your original routine during this cycle. Soreness isnt much of an indicator for anything and especially not for whether a program is effective or not.

Alright, thanks. Guess I'll take your word for it.
