I am excited to be here didn't realize the support and real shit that goes on in these forums and I don't really have time for people who aren't going to tell people how it is (tell me how it is) and still be supportive at the same time. I am 38 years old 6'4 275 (down from 300 and fat). Still fat. Built like a linemen if I had to put some description to it. Not like Aaron Donald either. He’s jacked. Let’s go Rams! I am built like a tank and I like being a tank but just want to get rid of more of the fat and pack on the muscle. I THINK my ideal weight would be in the range of 240-260. I was a heroin/meth addict from the age of 12 till 29. My wife and I have almost 10 years clean from that shit and own and HVAC business. 4 beautiful children.
I recently have been able to completely remove ego lifting from my mind. I really enjoy the 8 to 20 rep range and really focusing on controlling the weight and living in that deep stretch. Rather than throwing weight around. The way I see it is that I have 7-12 years (45-50 years old) to carry around a lot of mass and just be a beast among men. I have absolutely have zero desire to ever step on any stage. I just love to train body building. My diet is about 80% there and I have a solid base. I am currently running 200mg Test Cyp as TRT from TRT Nation which is expensive as hell honestly and I have never done anything else. I am looking to up that at some point soon to something. Nothing crazy and I think just upping test in increments will be my first step, thoughts?
I would like to talk about possible first cycle stuff but not sure this new member thread is the right place. I figure I will hang around and read some stuff for a while and maybe reach out to people on the forums for more information before trying to make a decision on what I want to do as a "first".
