OK so "cruising" is essentially a maintenance dose of T, and "blasting" =s heavier on T and or all kinds of shit. Time on is blast, time off is cruise, you want those to be equal... Sounds like coming off a blast n cruise is a real bitch...
Sounds like TRT is a baby version of blast n cruise in particular because it's never going to end once you get going........
Meanwhile cycling and doing PCT does end, and assuming I had normal T to begin with, and was able to get back, a cycle and proper PCT are likely going to get me the best short term gains plus I can actually stop once PCT is done...

TRT is maintenance dose. Cruise is maintenance dose. Blast is like taking a cycle.
You dont want to put yourself on TRT unless you have to. And you dont want to blast and cruise if you plan on coming off. Its much harder to recover from cycles longer than 14 weeks. With HCG, AI, and PCT you can recover from a 14 week cycle. If you blast and cruise for 2 years you might not be able to recover and a doctor might put you on TRT for life.
I blast and cruise. I cruise at 250mg a week for about 3 months then I blast at 500mg for 3 months. Then go back to cruise and repeat. On my blast I add compounds like tren, deca etc. I compete in bodybuilding, and never plan on coming off, this is my life.
Its called take a cycle because you are suppose to cycle. 14 weeks on, 14 weeks off.
You shouldn't be considering b&c if you just learned about it today. What kind of sides have you seen and are you expecting as a result of your decision to B&C? I'm sure you've found your niche for dosages for a reason and through considerable research and maybe trial and error?... The sides I'm most concerned about are health related, as in, fucking myself up and possibly dying or greatly accelerating the rate of my death... Sides I'm less concerned about, infertility (would be a bonus to me actually)... Sides I'm willing to take small but calculated risks with; minor gyno, low libedo (already happening time from time to time), periodic ED (again, nothing new), mood swings (time for the ol' ball n chain to get a taste of her own medicine amirite?)
I get my bloods back next week. It sounds like if my t is in the low normal to normal range, then I should probably just do cycles and PCT... If I fuck up the PCT and kill my T production then I wind up on TRT for life, just like if I sign up for TRT next week anyways...

If you take extra stuff on TRT and your doc catches you, he is most likely going to drop you.
Mine pulls bloods every six weeks. Some so every three months others every six.
Yeah I figured that most docs won't be cool with an obvious wink wink nudge nudge while I'm obviously loaded up on other AAS sups... I wasn't sure tho if maybe it's a thing that people have and can do where they stack a lil dbol or TREN on top of the t cyp that the Dr. is prescribing... From what I've read and understand so far, T cyp is pretty safe if you're taking less than 750mg a week, and a lil dbol (I think 50mg a week?) added to it makes it even better, with minimal sides... I was wondering if anyone here has done something like that while on TRT.... I assume you're not doing that. Mind sharing what yr Dr has you doing though? How much T per week and where your t levels are at when u get ur bloods?
Hello everyone. So I'm 34 and was referred here by a friend. I am eager to learn from you guys and also hopefully contribute to discussions when appropriate.
A little about my lifting background; I was fat and weak (really bad for both) as I turned 29 and realized I was staring at 30 as a complete fatass lump of grotesque looking shit (6'2" 265lbs, never lifted weights and couldn't do two real push-ups)... I started getting the urge to change things and started reading about fitness and weight loss on Reddit. Was doing kettlebells and Insanity. By my 30th bday Insanity and cardio and light kettlebells had me down to 185lbs and 15% bf according to my bf scale at home... . Not long after that I got laid off. The first thing I did, the same day I got laid off, was join a proper big box gym and started doing StrongLifts 5x5... i worked that program exactly as scheduled w the exception of doing extra deadlifts (I did 5x5 and then 3x5 most of the way up) By my 31st bday we had our first kid and knew/made a self fulfilling prophecy that I wouldn't be getting regular, quality, gym time after that. So I trained to try for a total and did it 2 days before my wife was induced for labor. I weighed 220 and I got 455 on deadlift, 365 back squat, and 195 bench (I'm terrible at bench)...(all raw and natty of course)
Since then I fucked up and thought it would be a good idea for me and the wife to join CrossFit and kickboxing and shit like that. None of that shit was as good and we were never consistent with it...
Well anyway now I'm back up to 248lbs and 34 years old with another kid. I just bought a house and made our den into a pretty proper gym though. I have 350lbs of iron and a decent half cage plus a shit ton of KBS and other stuff.
I have been lifting barbells regularly again since January and noticed that my recovery time seemed miles away from where it was. So i started reading and TRT seems really appealing to me right now. I started talking to people who know their shit about sups and was referred here for research. So that's what I'm doing. I also just had labs done and will be meeting with the Dr next week to review them and possibly start on TRT... I'm curious about TRT, T, Tren, and dianabol in particular, also would be really interested in hearing from someone who has run sups along side a medically administered TRT program.... Oh yeah and current lifts are 175 bench (5x5 felt good last time, next session is 180 in 2 days) just pulled 375(hanging KBs off my bar, lol) last night 1x5 and it felt easy as fuck. Squats I've been taking easier til my core strength is back up to par and I did 4x10 at 215 last night...
Long term I hope to get down to 15% bf and be able to bench 225, back squat 315, and dead 405 all for reps and also look sexy (doesn't have to be a full six pack, but at least lean and flat belly for first time since I was a pre teen) plus have killer diamond hard boners that last for 60 minutes on the reg. Is that too much to ask?
Unless you find a good TRT doc that will prescribe Test, Deca, and Anavar.
