I guess I should of started here...Glad to be a member of the board. Seems to be quite the characters around here.

BF= too fat maybe 18%
Years lifting 15...been hooked since football with a 4-5 year break/inconsistency after it.
Currently cutting...Diet is dialed in as well as running a little bit of gearsky.
Was at 247 and looked pretty good this past May, had my composition done at a new club with one of them fancy scales with handles that move. It said I was 11.8, which in my opinion is about 4 percent low. Then I just fell off the diet train and ate whatever the hell I wanted.
I train the big 3 for strength(plus overhead press in same fashion) then it's more of a powerbuilding style on everything else.
Hammer away on me, seems like there are some that are really seasoned at it.
