Been reading the forum for awhile now. Finally decided to join. This is a new start for me time to get healthy again. Stats are 28 years old 285-295lbs 6'3. Cycled as teenager like many have and then stopped working out been in and out of the gym over the past year still trying to get my diet and regiment down again.
