Hey, guys.

I'm a competitive bench presser. I've hit 440 naturally at 161.

I've ran two Test C only cycles before but that's all of the experience I have.

My next goal is to bench over 440 at no more than 175.

I'm hoping I can get some ideas from some knowledgeable members here on what a good strength stack is.

I'm also coming back from a shoulder imbalance injury that most benchers get so whenever I do get on a cycle, I plan to spend at least the first two weeks doing shoulder rehabilitation.

Looking forward to seeing what I can learn on here.

I'm curious why your goal is to max bench what you did natural,on a cycle in a heavier weight class. I've done lifting competitions majority of my life,all have been natural. Just curious, are you not expecting much from a cycle?

That was a poor choice of words. Now that I'm reading it again I'm not sure why I said that lol. My main goal is 500 at no more than 175. I have faith in my training, just trying to figure out the best cycle for me.
