new blood work and need some advice

Whats your percent BF. How often do you exercise?
How much beer do you drink?
What medications are you taking including OTC meds in the PAST year
:)

bf is prolly 30%+.

I have not exercised in 8 months due to torn tendons in foot.

99% of all of my fluids are water. Ever now and then (maybe once every couple weeks) I will drink one or two diet mountain dews.

test cyp 80mg ew
arimidex 1/8 pill twice ew
clonazapam .5mg twice a day
oxycodone 10/325 twice a day
prozac 1 at bedtime
ambien 1 at bedtime

Doesn't your original post say 34% BF?

I did not take any test to see what my BF actually was. The doc looked at me and said your BF is somewhere around 34ish% because he had just checked a guy similar to me and his was 34%.

I meant to type 34+ not 30+....it was late and I was sleepy.

Thanks.

What's your diet like now? What did you eat yesterday?

My diet changes from day to day depending on if my wife cooks or not.

When my wife cooks we usually have baked fish or chicken with some sort of greens and drink water with no deserts of any kind. Thing is my wife does not cook but once every now and then.....maybe once or twice a month.

On the other 20 somthing odd days off the month I eat:

Breakfast

presweetened oat meal (the kind that comes in a packs that has different flavors)
or
raisen bran cereal with skim milk
or
fried eggs with 1 or 2 strips bacon....usually one day a week

lunch

sometimes same as breakfast
or
subway 12" turkey on white bread with double meat, cheddar cheese, mustard, oil/vinegar, olives, spinach, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and salt/pepper......always the same.
or
sometimes I will not eat lunch at all

Dinner

sometimes same as lunch if sub at lunch (will buy two and eat one at lunch and one for dinner)
or
what ever is laying around.........sometimes it is sweets, sometimes it is a sandwich or the like.

I drink mostly water no matter where I am at. I will drink the occasional diet soda but not that often.

I know my diet is not very good.

Exersice:

I use to train very serious with the iron but that seems many years ago. I did keep going to the gym after I stopped training and just worked out three or four days a week but stopped that when I had back surgery almost three years ago.

I did atempt to start back working out about a year ago but soon after starting I tore a tendon in my foot and stopped and have done nothing since but sit around.

I try to cut my calories back sonsidering I don't burn any off due to no activity but I figured I would burn 2000 to 2300 cals a day even if laying in bed.

Anyway, what should I do?

Is this something that my doc can fix? Is it something that diet/exercise alone can take care of?

Am I headed to being a diabetic because of the visceral fat thing?

Also, what do you guys think about my trt and health in general going by my bloods?

Thanks for your time!

Fix your diet - it's BAD - cut the carbs - eat way less processed food - dtch the bread and pre sweetened oats - if you must eat oats buy oats that you cook yourself - ditch the skim milk - use full fat dairy of a non-dairy alternative

I've been on trt for little over three years.

What got me to trt originally was low t and several of he downs that come with it such as depression, lack of sex drive, losing muscle, no energy etc..

My original t and e numbers from very first blood test before starting trt was:

TT 280 (75 to 800)
FT .325 (.7 to 1)
E 65 (< 50)

I weighed 198 lbs @ around 20% body fat, 5' 9" tall and was 43 at the time.

The doc then put me on test cyp @ 200mg ew and 1/4 tab of a 1mg arimidex tab every third day.

Six months later my blood work came in with TT 1100 (150 to 850)...FT 2.3 (.7 to 1) and E 10 (<50)

Lots of my other stuff came in way out of range as well with the second blood. My hdl fell very low and my ldl went up. My shbg went up too. I cannot remember exact numbers for those but they were a lot higher than before starting trt.

Fast forward:

After a lot of trial and error I am at 80 mg of test cyp ew and 1/8 of dex tab twice a week and this is the blood work I got back:

I took the blood test in fasted state in the a.m. I took the blood test 7 days after my last shot (the day I was suppose to take my next shot). I took the first blood test in same manner.

I now weigh 207 lbs @34% body fat, still the same 5' 9" tall. My food and exercise has stayed pretty close to same all the while.

All of the weight I gained is from neck to belly button. I literally got skinny everywhere but between neck and belly button area.

My gut is hard as a rock. I would think that fat would be soft and giggly not hard. I look as if I'm pregnant. What is going on with that? Is it visceral fat or what?

Is the trt protocol I'm on causing this?

What to you guys think I should ask my doc to do?

Also, should I ask about HCG?

I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton of stuff so anything you want to add please feel free.

Thanks so much for your time and input.

Estro is to high...are you running a ai? If not you need to asap before you run into estro related problems..hit me up if you have any ?

Yes I am using arimidex at .12mg to .13mg (1mg tab broken into 1/8's....its hard to do) twice ew. I usually take the AI two days before and the day after my test cyp injection of 80mg ew.

Should I up my dose of arimidex?

This looks to be a diet and exercise issue exclusively, IMO. I've know several male EXECUTIVES that could be your brother physically and their problem is the same!

Yeah 12.5 ED or EOD is a standard dose I run on cycle to keep estro in range. Some people don't respond well to aro and have to use letro on cycle..up your dose, get bloods and go from there.

Ok. I will bump my ai to 1/8 tab 3xew from the 2xew that I have been doing and see how that works.

Hopefully the extra day of AI will not cause my E to go to low.

I took 1/4 of a 1mg tab 2xew and it caused my E to go to low. Maybe 3 1/8 doses will put my E in a good range.

Thanks.

And what are you doing about your DIET??

I thought it would be a good idea to start another thread about my diet.

I put a link to this thread in the diet thread incase it was needed.

If you do not mind would you please look at the other thread and give your opinion what I have in mind?

Thanks for taking the time to give me sound advice.
