New here from Ontario, Canada. Just here to start some research on the good, the bad, and the ugly of using gear. Been thinking about starting a beginner cycle at some point and just here doing as much research as I can and finding out where some good sources are for getting some gear here in Canada.
I am by no means a newbie to bodybuilding. I've been lifting for the past 10 years (almost 30 years old). Even with switching up nutrition, workout plans, and lifting techniques, I feel like I've been spinning my wheels for the past few years as far as making any gains; hence why I am on here now.
