Hey guys im a 28 year old male living in Ontario. Been lifting for about 6 years 4 of those consecutively last two years not soo consistent got myself a wife so that played a factor lol...just looking to start lifting regularly again came on h3re for some motivation and advice from the "elder council"...never tried any aas before but not looking to get into that right away from my lurking it seems like i need to get pretty lean before even considering that route. But would like to experiment with gh as it seems the safest route. Thanks guys
